Our goal is that no animal will leave the Rusk County Animal Shelter without being spayed or neutered

Fundraisers will be held throughout the year to raise money that will help fund spay and neuter procedures for animals at the Rusk County Animal Shelter.

It’s time to get your orders in for the annual Porch Pot Fundraiser to support spay and neuter efforts at Rusk County Animal Shelter. Check out the following examples of past hanging baskets and porch pots. Please message us with your order and let us know what color ornaments/style you’d like. We can mix and match colors! Payment can be made at the time of pick-up.

It’s that time of year again—Fall Cleanup! If you find yourself with any unwanted hanging baskets or planters, we have a home for them! The RCAS Spay and Neuter Fund will be doing our annual porch pot fundraiser on Small Business Saturday once again this year. We would greatly appreciate donations of planters and hanging baskets that could be reused. Please drop off any donations at N4933 W 11th St N in Ladysmith. It’s the house just north of OakLeaf Clinic. No need to knock. Just leave them in the driveway and we will take care of the rest. Thank you for your support!

Come get your groove on! Just two days left to get your pre-sale tickets! Text 952.270.9386 for alternate arrangements if you cannot make it to the shelter. Tickets will be available at the door. Join us for a trip back to the 60s! Costumes are greatly encouraged but not required.
