November is known for having huge feasts and celebrations, it's also National Pet Diabetes Month!

One in every 230 cats and one in every 300 dogs are affected by diabetes, making awareness of the signs and symptoms of this illness critical for every pet owner to know.

Diabetes can affect our dogs and cats, but it is manageable with good care, with most able to lead happy active lives. If your pet is diagnosed with diabetes, your vet will advise on medication and an appropriate diet.
