QUOTES- Quotes are just estimates and the final price can be affected by many factors such as mats, burs, sap, size of the dog, temperament, etc. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to pay the final price. NO-SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS- Please allow 48 hours' notice for cancellations. ALL appointments canceled without notice or continuous rescheduling will be considered no-shows and
a service charge of the full appointment fee will need to be etransfered immediately to cover the missed appointment. LATE ARRIVALS AND PICKUPS- Please notify me if you are going to be late for your appointment. A grace window of 10 minutes will be allowed at which point your appointment will have to be rescheduled and a missed appointment fee may be applicable. Please be here and ready to pick up your dog at the end of that 15 minute notice or a late pickup fee will be added. MAT REMOVAL- Prior to your appointment, kindly inform us of any and all matting present. If your dog arrives with mats that were not disclosed beforehand, we reserve the right to refuse the appointment and a missed appointment fee will be applicable. If your dog tolerates de-matting, it is a long process and I may not be able to do an extensive de-shedding afterward. Your dogs comfort is my number one priority and I WILL NOT surpass their tolerance. Unfortunately, Pawsitive Memories will no longer be able to accommodate badly matted dogs due to a recent injury. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. BATHROOM BREAKS- Prior to your dogs appointment, please ensure they have gone to the bathroom. While I am happy to accomadate bathroom breaks during extended appointments, accidents in the salon may be subject to a cleaning fee. BEHAVIORAL ISSUES- Owners MUST inform Pawsitive Memories if their dog has ANY behavioral issues. If your dog shows any aggression, please be advised that I may not be able to groom your dog and if I am able to, an extra fee may be applicable. I do my best to gain your dog's trust but if at any time I do not feel comfortable I will notify you immediately to pick up your dog and the full cost of the groom may be applicable. Please also note that your dog's temperament and behavior can change over time and I may have to refuse to groom a dog that becomes too much to handle, for your dog's safety as well as my own. HEALTH, MEDICAL PROBLEMS & SENIOR PETS- Although accidents or allergic reactions are very rare, there is a risk when dealing with pets. Pawsitive Memories Grooming will inform you immediately of any incident that occurs or any condition that we notice. Your pet’s safety and comfort is our number one priority. There is always the possibility an accident could occur, even though we use extreme caution and care in all situations. PARASITES- Please check your pets prior to dropping off. If your pet has any parasites, Pawsitive Memories will, unfortunately, be required to refuse service and your appointment will be rescheduled with a missed appointment fee applicable. If they are found during the groom, you will be required to pick your dog up immediately and there will be a fee to help cover the cost of the supplies needed to safely decontaminate the workspace as this affects all other clients scheduled that same day, as well as a missed appointment fee. BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, YOU INDICATE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND LEGALLY AGREE TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE; THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO PAY FOR ALL SERVICES. THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS PAWSITIVE MEMORIES GROOMING FROM AND AGAINST ALL LIABILITIES, EXPENSES, DAMAGES AND COSTS RESULTING FROM ANY SERVICE PROVIDED OR INJURY TO YOUR PET(S) WHILE IN OUR CARE OR AFTERWARD. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ANY UNPAID SERVCES MAY RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION, FOR WHICH YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL ASSOCIATED COURT FEES. Please make sure to walk high-energy dogs before their appointment. We look forward to meeting you and your pups!
