Quiet and private location 12km up Omanawa Road with only 4 other grazers.
Horses must respect electric fencing.
Auto trough in paddock.
Paddock to be managed by grazer at their discretion (break feeding, w**d control, etc). Landowner supplies some w**d sprays, sprayer and scrub-bar for grazers to use.
Neither paddock is flat.
