Meet Lucky!! He came to us in 2019. He was a neighborhood stray who had already been neutered as part of a TNR program at some point (that is known because of his clipped ear). He was very friendly and got a lot of attention from us!😻.
We took care of him for a few months by taking him in our garage and in our spare bathroom in the 100+ degree heat. In 2019 we were fostering for a rescue and we were fortunate enough to able to take Lucky in as a foster! Well that lasted only a few months! We realized that after caring for him as a stray for months, then having him in our house with all of our cats, we just couldn’t see ourselves letting him go so we adopted him! We like to say that Lucky went from rags to riches! 😻
