“Looking for ways to support my family, I turned to pet sitting. Growing up with a variety of pets and volunteering at an animal shelter in middle school, I developed a deep love for animals. Now, as an adult with three cats of my own, I find joy in caring for and snuggling with so many sweet pets. The best part is forming relationships with clients and their furry friends—it's like having an extended pet family!”

✨ Memorable Moment:
Christina shared a touching story about two cats, Mila and Harper, who stole her heart. “Harper always greets me at the door, and shy Mila warmed up to me quickly. Once, I stepped in last minute to care for them, and they came running to me, purring and rubbing my ankles. It totally made my day!”

Amy joined us over a decade ago after a brief stint in hospitality. Reflecting on her journey, Amy shares, "I missed working with animals as I did years previously. When I applied, I had no idea this would eventually become my full-time job after a few years."

Please share with dog rescues! There will be a donation of $750 to a rescue who will take him - we need a foster who can agree to fostering him until he’s adopted!
One of our amazing volunteers, who is still without power, found this good boy, Valentino. He had tried to walk into Whiskers and Soda cafe yesterday on Garland Road.
From his finder, Eilene Walsh, “He’s great on a leash, pretty chill overall, interested in, but not aggressive to or agitated by our cats, and generally the goodest boy ever. Neutered Male, 5-6 yrs old. We’ve done the needful, checked for chip, ran his background and this poor dude has been dealt a crappy hand by an adopter who abandoned him after 4 years together.”

Meet Luna - She is a sweet 10 yr old girl who's owner passed away. She is front declawed and a stunning Flamepoint Siamese girl. She is a sweetheart and very loving! She is playful and engaging. She loves people and needs to be the ONLY animal in the home.

For inquiries on adopting, please email [email protected]. You must be over 25 to adopt with proof of ID. Adoption Fee is $120 and helps cover care and vetting done. We only adopt in the Dallas Metroplex, if you're not in this area, please check your local shelters and pet stores for the local rescues they work with.

Lola is an 8 year old beauty who is desperate for a forever home. She has been living in a Petco condo and is in urgent need of an adopter or foster. Despite her heartbreaking situation, she remains full of love and hopes to find a family who will cherish her in her golden years. Lola is shy at first but warms up quickly and becomes a loyal companion. She would be happy as an only pet or with a cat that gives her space.

We are looking for urgent fosters for our leaf litter like Mahogany here!⁠

They are estimated to be around 3 weeks old and in need of an additional three weeks to grow big and strong. They require feeding every 4-5 hours and are transitioning into wet food with some assistance. We would love for them to be able to go to a foster home as soon as possible so that they can continue growing and we can bring in more animals to save into our shelter.⁠

These pups can go out in singles or pairs and for however long you are willing to commit to their care! Whether it's the full three weeks or just a few days. Our foster team will provide you will all the supplies necessary for their care at no cost to you. They will also do training with you if you need some extra guidance in this journey. No experience is needed, as our foster team does an amazing job at providing you with the proper support.⁠
