WPI Promotion of Animal Welfare Society P.A.W.S. aims to relieve the suffering of animals through fundraising and awareness events, as well as volunteer hours at local animal shelters.

(Promotion of Animal Welfare Society) is a self-propelled organization that aims at relieving the pain and suffering of all sentient creatures through volunteer efforts. Often enough, when the political debate over “Animal Rights” arises, the issue simply gets shuffled around and ignored. However, P.A.W.S. welcomes both sides of the debate to stand up and recognize the undeniable social dilemma th

at plagues our society. Through fund raising events and volunteer hours through local shelters, P.A.W.S. allows for the school population, ranging from the animal lover to the activist, to come together and remember who we’re trying to help in the first place. We welcome all who care!
