Lolly is a Canadian Champion!

Lolly and I showed well last weekend at the Fraser Valley Dog Fanciers show in Chilliwack. Lolly has earned the points needed to be a Canadian Championship dog. It has been a lot of work to get to this point, including many shows, lots of ring practice and meticulous show cut grooming. I have learned a lot. The show culminated on Sunday with Lolly winning Group 3rd, competing against many beautiful dogs in the Non Sporting Group. Some of her other wins this weekend include:

Best of Breed

I am also proud to have won Best Owner/Handler in Breed. Thank you to everyone who has helped me on this journey, including my breeder Cathy D**g, my friends and professional handlers Shaunna Bernardin, Madison Bernardin and Shannon Scheer, Cranbrook Kennel club members Dick and Nancy Lopaschuk and fellow Bichon owner Churmy Fan.

A sincere thank you to Mr. Fabian Daza who is an International FCI judge that traveled all the way from Columbia to judge at the show. His keen eye awarded Lolly Best of Breed and Group 3rd on Sunday.

Lolly and I had a great time at the West Kootenay Kennel Club show on the weekend. We won Best Puppy In Group and Second In Group. A big thank you to judge Lee Whittier and my breeder Cathy D**g.

Our first ever dog show. My first purebred Bichon named Lolly, she is only 6 months old and we did great at the Red Deer Alberta dog show. Many more to come.
