Since Christmas is so close and all of you are pet lovers, I want to share with you a review of one of my favorite things that we have gotten for our cats. This is not a paid promotion, I just love this cat tree so much that I wanted to share it. I have two .pets faux fur cat trees. One is in my art studio for October to use and the other is in my living room for the other two cats (October is the only one allowed in my studio because my other cats open drawers and get into my art supplies 😂). I have always put off getting a cat tree because i hate how they look and I didn’t want to relegate my cats to the basement. They had plenty of cozy caves and sleeping spots. However, I really started looking for a tree for my living room because my cat Wednesday was starting to have litter box issues due to being bullied by my male cat. I got a feliway diffuser but it wasn’t enough. I found this tree and got it for my fur babies. It gave Wednesday a high place to hang out where she could not be bullied. Her pooping in the living room ceased and her nervousness stopped…and I had a cat tree that looked great in my space.
10/10 would recommend.

Kitten update: the kittens have been to the vet, they are healthy and have had their shots, tests, and dewormer. They have had all of the ticks removed that could be found but there is probably more and flea meds have been applied. They will be going back to the vet. They have been named Peeta and Primrose. They are warming up to human interaction. When they were found they did not want to be picked up. As you can see they are ok with being held. We are still trying to capture the mom and another grey kitten. But I’m really happy with the outcome for these two.

Black cat day is here to remind us that black cats need love too. They are not unlucky. They are not evil. Black cats are less likely to be adopted from shelters and more likely to be abused. Unfortunately some people are still superstitious when it comes to black cats. Let’s show some love for Black cats!
