If you’re new around here, we make the freshest treats in town! We hand slice and gently dehydrate our meats in our Atlanta kitchen to achieve the perfect balance between meaty and crunchy. We never add any preservatives, fillers, or additives. At the end of the day, we're here because dogs deserve healthy, yummy treats without the fluff.

Dog food the way it should be: Always fresh. Most dog food you see on shelves were made months to a year ago before it hits the shelf. Yeesh! Barkful is cooked, packaged, and delivered all in the same week and made locally here in our neighborhood, ATL. And not to keep bragging, but we do not use any preservatives, fillers, or additives. Does your other dog food do that? 🐶🥕

Our Story

We owe our company roots to our first dog, Stella. Stella is a Havipoo (Havanese + Poodle mix) and she is an extremely picky eater! When she was on a kibble diet she would refuse to eat and go on “hunger strikes.” As frustrated pet owners, we tried to find any solution hidden between the countless veterinarian visits and diet switches.

We looked for healthier dog food options that we could trust, but we could not find anything we liked. Instead of giving up, we dove in (our kitchen) and Barkful was born. We started Barkful with the hope of providing healthy and nutritional meals (a.k.a real food) to all pets.

Our goal is as simple as that. We, at Barkful, hope you and your Best Bud can join in our mission too.
