We currently have several accidents on US31 near the river flats south of M120. Southbound lanes are closed at this time. Please avoid the area.

UPDATE. Some lanes opening at approximately 11:25am. Still very hazardous conditions so be safe and use extra caution.

A little chilly out but we stayed warm getting our regular chores done. Stalls clean, barn clean, horses happy and munching outside with proper attire. We will keep checking horses throughout the day as we always do.

A couple in-progress shots of our arena grooming process. We use scarifiers at a very shallow depth in two directions to ensure any compacted spots are broken up, footing material is mixed well, and no grooves are left below the surface. We then rake the surface to evenly spread footing and leave a smooth surface. The process can take an hour or more and we do this at least twice a week for consistency.
