Kathryn has worked with canines and canine professionals for the past 10 years in the Private Security Sector and as a Canine Behaviourist specialising in aggression cases.
She has been a Mantrailing Global Instructor since 2019 and a Head Instructor between 2020 and 2023. She now specialises in teaching Mantrailing. She has taught Sports Mantrailing teams and Mantrailing Instructors across the UK and Internationally.

The swallows are starting to come back home. They weigh about 20 grams, they have covered more than 5000 km during the flight. They passed through the Sahara desert. They flew over the Mediterranean without having a break. They fought the rain and wind, and the scorching sun. They are extraordinary little beings.

And now they will live under the roofs of our homes and bear their offspring. Embrace their presence. Be kind to them. Respect them. One swallow can eat up to 850 flies a day. One pair can kill about 1,700 flies a day.
There is no more effective and ecological insecticide ...

We had a fabulous 4 days hosting Jane Dalton from Cumbria for an advanced Mantrailing workshop and instructor development! We are all blown away by the outstanding knowledge and teaching skills that Jane shared. The weather was so kind. Huge thanks to Jane and also Sandra and Gareth for help with the organisation.

What a ridiculous post by the Mid Ulster District Council ~ who are asking their residents to research reputable breeders when they are thinking of buying a puppy….. The same council who refuse to publish the list of legally registered puppy farmers in their council area.

Wouldn’t you think the council would be promoting these breeders who pay them for a breeders license 🤔 What’s the big secret?

And wouldn’t you think any illegal activities among these legal greedy breeders would be punishable?

Well apparently not in the district of Mid Ulster where this year alone 2 of their legally registered puppy farmers from the Mid Ulster council area have been in court in 2 separate cases involving animal welfare concerns & fraud where both individuals pleaded guilty to their charges………

Sean McVeigh from Kinturk, Moortown, County Tyrone pleaded guilty to fraud and recieved a 3 month suspended sentence.

Eugene Daly from the Derryfubble Road in County Tyrone ( who we have also reported personally in reference to his girlfriend selling sick pups from her home) pleaded guilty to transporting very sick underage puppy’s via his own haulage company pleaded guilty and received a £400 fine…..

That’ll teach them 🤨🙄

fans This is a warning post for pet & poultry owners in the Ballyronan, Salters Bridge
& Ballinderry areas of South Derry as a hunt will be in attendance today from 12.30 for approximately 3/4 hours.

Please keep cats & dogs safe indoors and poultry closed in for the duration……

**While this hunt claim to use a scented runner - if their bloodhounds pick up the scent of your pet or free range poultry they won’t stand a chance against them……..
