Lieutenant Dan has spina bifida. He can’t walk, can’t get around very well and gets nervous around other pigs that sometimes bully him.

All the fears and setbacks disappear when he starts swimming. I could sit and watch him smile in the lazy river for the rest of my life.

You never really realize what animals will like and how they will react until a little coercing of something new happens. Our precious Dino Dan (y’all know this boy loves all things dinosaurs) is so happy right now my heart can barely handle it.

Who else loves our sweet boy Dan!?

The accident happened 8/21/2022 near Ticaboo, Utah. This happened in a hiking area near Halls Greek Overlook near Big Thompson Mesa Road and Burr Trail Road in Garfield County.

Andrea rolled her 4 runner. Got out to get her satellite phone and turned back and Beau was gone.
