Hi friends! Happy Monday... I hope you are all doing pawsome and had da best weekend... mom started mat leave last week so we habs been busy getting stuff ready for da hooman sisters arrival!!! Which is any day now...time sure did fly by... it has been real nice being home all day instead of going to da office 😎 we go on walkies everyday.. today we went on an adventure by da creek near home!!! Hi friends!!! Happy Saturday...Dis be da family day long weekend for us..woohoo!! Da weather is not great today...it be real gloomy and cloudy but was warm enough mom could take me for a walkie!!!! I be sniffing all da smells dat have been hidden dis winter BOL I tried to get to dis yellow thing but mom told me its dirty and would not let me 😑 ...hope you all habs a pawaome day!!

Hi friends.. Theodore here i had my annual vet check up today. Dey said i need to lose 2 pounds how da hec can dat be...i look like a goddess!!! BOL. ... As you see in dis video Sebastian came too ...he hates getting his ears cleaned BOL ... hes been itching his arm pits so bad dey bleed....turns out he has allergies and has a new medication....mom says poor guy cause hes already on medication for hos agressive episodes....he goes to da specialist for dat next thursday...pls wish him luck cause after dis mom and dad habs nothing else to try 😖 we will keep everypawdy posted!!!!

Hi friends! Happy Monday…We have a different kind of post today…we are hoping to see if anyone has had a similar issue with their dog!
Sebastian has been having what we named “blackouts”…..in a shorter form these episodes started 3 years ago when he was just over a year old but ONLY IN the car …so we pegged it as car anxiety since its common in pugs…..in the last year he has started doing it in other surroundings like at the office with me a car driving by almost always sets him off….or a lot at home now for absolutely no reason…we were all just sitting on the deck yesterday and BOOM he had an episode and continued to have them all evening….as soon as they start we pick him up and put him in his crate and he calms right down in under a minute.. they are very brief….
They start with 2 or 3 small whines then he goes into a little fit ( as seen in the videos) he will bite us if he gets close enough and he has attacked Theodore in the past resulting in vet visits. And they love each other so we know something is up as he would never purposely hurt anyone or anything he has the typical pug personality super sweet and easy going so these are just wild… we showed the vet these same two videos and they said they THINK it looks like a FOCAL SEIZURE….which blew my mind cause it is not at all what I pictured a seizure being like but what do I know..she recommended trying a medication(phenobarbital) for epilepsy for a month and seeing if that worked…we were all for it but then she mentioned one of the side effects is major liver damage and he would require monthly blood work to watch his levels and if the pills did not stop the episodes then we would have to carefully ween him off cause if we didn’t it could CAUSE seizures. So by the end of that visit our heads were spinning with what to try…she said if it wasn’t that then to look into the behavioral side of it ..special trainers and possible anxiety.. so that was about 2 weeks ago and we ordered the meds but never
SEBASTIAN UPDATE::::::: So yesterday was sebastians first day on the food and meds that were to hopefully dissolve the stones.....we also noticed yesterday he wasnt able to pee...which is a sign that a stone had moved and was blocking the way...so we had to take him to the emergency clinic last night and they put him under and were able to blast the stone back into the bladder. But we we're told to book the surgery ASAP. So sebastian is IN surgery now. They didnt tell us to not feed him this morning and we did not know so it is now a higher risk surgery....please send positive wishes <3.
