Murochka is perishing. we have been syringe feeding her for 8 days and she is not starting eat and drink on her own. Compulsive pacing around the room in one direction we noticed about 4-5 days ago.

after 4 different vets visits during the last 12 day, suspected diagnosis is a brain tumor.

Murochka was born on January 1 2012, so she is 12.5 years old.

MRI for her head is $5-6K we are not going this route.

I was under the impression that all indoor cats live to at least 17 yo,
but i was so mistaken.

Last visit to the vet today. I will discuss the possibility of otitis, but the chances are small - her blood and urine tests are good and she had 4 days of antibiotics in the 10 days ago (presumably from the teeth problem)

that is the sad update. Sorry for the bad news.
