I went from 203 to 137 faster than I though was possible. And, I'll never forget the look on my doctor's face when I walked into his office for my annual checkup.

“Are you doing that “Rice Method” I told you about?”, he stuttered.

So, I told him I've been doing it for the last few months and how it's really transforming my life and health.

"Nothing has EVER worked so fast for me!", I said with a BIG smile.

Even the nurses were complimenting me on my transformation and asking me how I had done it at my age.

It was the first time in almost 2 decades, I left my the doctor’s office feeling good about myself.

Fill in your holes! These 4 hatchlings were found by Holmes Beach Code Enforcement this morning. They were stuck in the hole using up energy they need for their long swim to the floating sargassum line where they will spend the next few years. You can prevent this! Fill in your holes and spread the word that by filling our holes and leaving the beach flat, we can all help share the beach with sea turtles!

[The officer called AMITW at 1-941-301-8434 to report the hatchlings and they were safely released to the Gulf]

What a super epic birthday!

Thanks to all of you for so much love on here. My wonderful family spoiled me rotten. Shannon Matta and Cindy Matta Thomas gave me a sick 55 piece luggage set. All of us went to Fred’s market for a family dinner. My best boys took me out to breakfast at our favorite bagel and donut shop. Thennnn they took me for my very first açaí bowl of happiness. My Sarah Breshears & Payton sent a phat stack of cookies from crumble. Erin Boone of course took me to my favorite place on this planet Rainbow River State Park. followed by The Front Porch Restaurant & Pie Shop.
So many calls, videos, text and lovely cards in the mail.

Y’all know how to make a girl feel allllll the love. Thank you so much everybunny! Cheers to 46!! It’s been a perfectly dreamy life. I couldn’t have wished for anything more.
