Mike and I were heartbroken when Sir Higgins and Lady Grace died this summer. We said that’s it no more dogs because it hurts too much to lose them. And we truly believed we would never have another dog again, much less a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Well…
We are both so lonely for the sweet companionship they have given us for 37 years. This house is not a complete home without them. So we are seeking a tricolor female. We hope to have a sweet puppy by spring. Praying for an ethical breeder and a delightful little girl.
Our grandson, Kevin Norton, gave us this sign never really knowing how true it is for us. ❤️

Saturday our dear little Higgins left us. He would have been eleven on Tuesday. He had congestive heart failure and seizures. We are heartbroken, and yet blessed to have had him in our lives.
Pictures can’t show you how sweet and how cuddly he was, but I am posting them anyway. It helps me.
