Another great day at Dog Camp! We had a full crew of 12 dogs out on the trails, including our newest camper, Teddy! The warm weather made for some sloppy snow, but that didn’t slow us down. Lots of running, playing, and exploring—just the way we like it! 🐾☀️

First day back from vacation, and the dogs made sure I got the full welcome party! After a week off, they had extra energy to burn, and the crunchy snow just made things more interesting. Slipping, sliding, and zooming—it’s good to be back!

Hey everyone! 👋🐾

I’m Erica, and I run Southern Berkshire Dog Camp! I spend my days out on the trails with groups of happy, off-leash dogs, helping them build confidence, practice good manners, and have an absolute blast.

🐕 Dog Camp – A structured, off-leash adventure where dogs run, explore, and learn in a pack setting. It’s more than just exercise—it’s about developing skills, socialization, and confidence.

🎓 Training – I specialize in relaxation and play-based training, helping dogs build trust, focus, and emotional regulation through structured activities. Whether your dog needs better manners, confidence-building, or focused obedience work, I offer personalized training to help them (and you!) thrive.

Southern Berkshire Pet Sitting

My name is Erica, and I have a great love and respect for animals. I grew up on a working Western Massachusetts farm that had horses, pigs, and chickens. My immediate family has shared our homes with all types of animals from ferrets, lizards and snakes, to more conventional pets like dogs and cats. I've even helped to rehabilitate a few animals for return to the wild over the years, as injured or orphaned animals have turned up on my family’s farm. There isn't much in this world that I love and respect as much as animals. That is one of the reasons that I've been a vegetarian for 20+ years.

These days I'm the proud best friend of a 180 pound great dane, and a 15-year-old cat. I know that I have the experience, reliability, and most importantly the love necessary, to care for your best friends while you might be occupied.
