I've had a few people ask about hat hangers! Here's what I came up with. This is an undyed cotton twist cord that shouldn't rub or bleed on your fancy hats!

I have a bunch of other conchos we can dress it up with as well if you're not into flowers!

If you're not into plain cotton, I can also use mule tape or your choice of paracord color!
