Will and Fleur save up during the year so they can buy gifts for the fosters in Tiny Tails Care.
The dogs and kittens will have lots of fun playing with the toys they chose for them.

Tiny Tails is so thankful for a very generous donation that was deposited into our vet account yesterday.
Our very sincere thanks to Debbie Drew and Jan Lawrence who celebrated their birthdays recently. Instead of gifts they asked for donations to Tiny Tails.
Pictured is Debbie, Michelle from Victor Ver and Jan from Tiny Tails receiving the funds that will help us so much with our vet fees.
At this time of the year the rescue is very busy. Kitten season has seen so many abandoned or orphaned tiny kittens, many of our foster carers are bottle feeding around the clock at the moment.
These tiny kittens often need vet care and we are also so thankful to have Victor Vet supporting us.
Debbie and Jan we cannot thank you enough. Generous donations like yours helps us to help more animals in need.

Hi my name is Narla . I am estimated to be 4 years old.
I was rescued by Tiny Tails in time to have my final littler in a safe environment.
My babies all have their new homes, I have been desexed and I am keen to find myself a good home.

I am not good with cats
I like gentle children after appropriate introduction

I love my Foster family, I found it hard initially to trust, as I have had a hard life, but once I knew I was safe, I came right out of my shell!!!
Please be patient with me and I will love you forever.

I am an excellent nighttime sleeper and I am good on the lead.
I am toilet trained given enough opportunities to go outside.
You could teach me all sorts of things I am sure, I am smart and i like treats, that's a great combo for training.

I have not had a lot of experiences in my short life. Everything is new and exciting. I am very affectionate and just want to be with you and sit on your lap.
I just want my safe forever home, I would love company most of the time and like to be indoors with you as much as possible.

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

These little babies are a few of the kittens that will be ready to look for loving homes in the next number of weeks. .
All are too young at the moment however our foster carers would be happy to take expressions of interest.
In addition to this little litter we have beautiful grey, tabby and black kittens all quite young just now. And Yes - two of the gingers are little girls.
Please remember kittens are not Christmas presents. Tiny Tails strongly supports not giving animals as gifts. For this reason Tiny Tails will not hold any Adoption events or have kittens on display until after the New Year.
However if you are looking to welcome a new kitten into your home and offer it a loving forever home please message so page so we can arrange for a foster carer to talk to you.
ADOPTION FEE: $220 includes desexing, microchip and first vaccination and up to date parasite treatment. Discount for 2 kittens adopted together is $370

One of our foster carers has been very busy with 4 beautiful kittens. She has raised them from just 1 day old, long nights, little sleep and lots of bottle feeds and bathing and today we can celebrate them reaching 6 weeks! What an accomplishment. 🐾 Applications are not open for these little ones just yet but if you would like to express your interest we can take your details for the foster carer to contact you at a later date.

Kitten season is in full swing now and it is the best time to have those conversations around the importance of desexing your cats so they can live a peaceful life full of the love they deserve 🐾

FRANKIE IS SETTLING INTO HIS NEW HOME
He has recently been with children and was very good with them

Calling all exciting people out there, looking for a best friend?
I am Frankie and I will love you to the moon and back. I will follow you everywhere and love you with all my heart.

I am a 2 year old boy - mix of Jack Russell Terrier and something else.
I have energy to burn but I also like my quiet times on the lounge.
I am toilet trained and can use the doggy door.
I like other dogs and would love another pooch to play with. There are 2 other doggies in my foster home, we do love to play.
I walk well on the lead and love to run in the dog park.
I sleep through the night on my dog bed.
I travel well in the car.
I am very good with children

I am looking for an active home as I do need to burn up that energy. I think I would love older children but I would be too much for young children. I would love a young doggy friend, I have not met a cat but have a sneaking suspicion I would chase cats.
My foster mum says I am a little treasure.

I am desexed, vaccinated and microchipped and my worm/flea treatment is up to date.

Jessie is starting a trial period in her new home

Jessie is still looking for the home she deserves, she is such a sweetie.
She is in care with 2 small dogs so if you have a small quiet dog Jessie might be quite happy with another dog as long as she can have her own quiet time - in foster care she has her crate that she goes into when she needs quiet time and a nap.

I am a 10 year old Chihuahua x Jack Russell. I am desexed, microchipped and vaccinated.
I am a sweet girl who loves pottering around the garden, going for walks and rides in the car.
I will need to be given time and space to get used to my new home, but once we know each other, I will be your best friend and little shadow.
My ideal home would be where my people are home most of the time. Where I can become your number one, queen of the house.
I prefer to be an only pet as i can be scared when dogs and cats are in my space.
In my foster home I have a crate for quiet time and naps. I sleep peacefully in there but would love to be on your bed at night.
I can be fussy with my food but love chicken wings and necks, and some vegetable as a healthy snack.
My foster mum says I need to loose some weight and my new family will have to commit to following a diet plan so I can have a healthy future and live my best life,

EENIE is settled in her new forever home.

Hi its Eenie here.

I am looking for my forever home. My litter mates Meenie, Miney and Mo have homes to go to so now it is my turn to find a great home.
I am a little girl and only 7 weeks of age at the moment so will not be ready just yet however my foster mum would love to hear from you if you think you can give me the home I need.
I was born while my mum was in the care of Tiny Tails Rescue - so my breed it a bit of a guess however my foster mum thinks I am a pug cross ( might be with chihuahua).
I am a very happy and friendly pup - I have been introduced to many different experiences. I love to play but I have a lot to learn so will need my new human to train me and teach me how to be a very good girl.
My ideal home is with an active family who will train and exercise me - while I do love everyone, care needs to be taken with young children as I have very sharp little teeth and might use them when playing, until I learn not to do this.
I am living with my mum, littler mates, 2 bigger dogs and 2 cats in foster care. I am not sure how good I will go with cats as I am so playful I might chase them in play.
I have had my first vaccination and I am microchipped and up to date with flea and worm treatments. I will need 2 more vaccinations . As I am too young to be desexed I need to come back to Tiny Tails vet ( Victor Vet in Victor Harbor) when I am old enough for desexing and for my vaccinations as the cost of my vet work is covered in my adoption fee.

POPPY HAS BEEN ADOPTED

My name is Poppy.
I am a cocker spaniel x cavoodle. I am a little 2 .5 year old girl.
I am desexed, vaccinated and microchipped.
I am a very sweet loving little girl however i have some anxiety issues for which I need medication.
I also need to be the only pet in the household as I want all the attention and become very jealous and reactive of other pets in the home - I want all the attention.
I walk on lead, I might be reactive at times if strange dogs come too close - I have not been off lead while in foster care.
I love to sit on your lap, share your bed and be your best friend.
I need a special home so I can settle in well.

GIZMO HAS BEEN ADOPTED

Thank you we have had so many great applications for Gizmo we have taken longer to consider them all. The adoption process is not yet complete - Gizmo has some meets organised - we will update again at the end of the week.
We apologise for taking longer than we expected however the rescue is very busy, we have had to travel to collect tiny newborn orphaned kittens over the weekend.

HELLO MY NAME IS GIZMO
PLEASE READ THE POST IN FULL BEFORE APPLYING.
I am 14 weeks old. A chihuahua x pug, I am a little boy. I have had 2 vaccinations and I am microchipped.
I am an energetic, playful and happy pup. I have typical puppy behavior - I will steal your shoes and even your un**es if you leave them where I can get them.
I still need some training - my toilet training is going well but I need to be taken out and reminded what to do. There are still a few accidents.
I sleep all night most nights in a small pen however would be very happy to share your bed if you would like me to. I love TV time when I can be on your lap.
I am looking for my forever home where I can continue my training, go for walks and join in family activities.
A young fur brother or sister would be fine as i love to play but not an older dog as I am too much for the older dogs in my foster home.
I am in care with cats and I am very good with them most of the time however if they run I just have to chase them. It would be better if I am not with young active kittens as I play hard and I might hurt them. All the cats in my foster home are older and sleepy so I am not a problem to them.
I will be too much for young children as I do play hard and sometimes use my very sharp little teeth in play.
I think I would like to play with older children.
My foster mum says I can go to my forever home now but my adoption cannot be completed until I am desexed when I am 5-6 months old. It is something called Foster to Adopt - my foster mum will explain.
I must come back to our vets in Victor Harbor for my booster vaccination in November and desexing in a few months time.
The cost of my vet work is included in my adoption fee.
ADOPTION FEE: $850 - payable before pup goes to new home.

MEET TOTO
i am a 6 year old poodle. I am a little boy - desexed, vaccinated and microchipped.
I am a lovely boy with a few special needs.
I can be reactive to new people and dogs however if I am given time to settle and get to know you I will be your best friend.
Once i settle in I will walk well on lead and come when I am called.
I am living with other small dogs in foster care. I have not meet any cats yet.
My ideal home is with a single person or a couple who can put the time into settling me into my home. As I am reactive I think it is best if there are no children in the home.
