omes of our foster carers. While in foster care, they get to experience the comforts of a family environment and are taught how to be a well behaved and loving pet. We have received a number of donations in the last couple of weeks. In fact we have received almost $1000 in donations.

Hi im URSLA the lucky black kitten!
I was found on a 40 degree day, in the middle of a dumped pile of old tyres.
I was hot hungry alone and scared, at just 200g I was not destined to survive.
But a lovely lady found me and drove me all the way to my foster mama in Blackwood..
I am now an independent adventurous little girl. I love other cats/kittens. I like to smooch on my foster dog friends and I even like to look at these things called ‘birds’ that live with me.
I would really like a family of my own so please contact Tiny Tails Rescue if you have room at your home for me.

MEET BISCUIT

Biscuit is a delightful little female Mini Fox Terrier, just over a year old so she is still a puppy.
She has had a bit of a rough start to her short life so will need lots of love and patience, at first, to settle into her new home. She is very affectionate and quite playful at times.
Biscuit has done so well and improved so much in foster care.
She is comfortable around other dogs. She has not been tested with other animals such as cats and poultry but takes little notice of bird life.
She would be most suited to a home with another dog and with her human who is home most of the time. She is not suited to a home with young children however older children would be fine.
Biscuit has been training walking with a harness and lead and doing quite well however she is still a bit skittish with sudden loud sounds and movement when she is out and about.
Biscuit is house trained and can use a doggy door.

Biscuit is fully vaccinated, microchipped and desexed. She is also up to date with flea and worm treatment.
ADOPTION FEE: $550
Biscuit is in care in Victor Harbor.

CANDYCANE IS AVAILABLE

Meet Candycane
Aged 4 months male desexed, microchipped and had his first vaccination.
Candycane ( named by his foster little humans) is a sweet boy looking for his forever home. He loves to smooch and cuddle and purrs as soon as he sees you! He is also an adventitious, slightly mischievous, little rascal who loves to play with his kitten siblings and the big cats too!
He loves the human children in the foster home, often curled up in the toys and naps while they play.
He loves small soft toys and is often carrying around pompoms and finger puppets in his mouth around the house.
He would suit a home with other cats, and children. He hasn't met any dogs yet but would likely win them over quickly with his feline charm if the dogs were gentle with him.
He is in care in Hackham.
ADOPTION FEE: $220

From a litter of 5 hand reared babies, 3 have found their forever homes, and these little guys are still waiting to meet their own families.
Aged 9 weeks, they are very playful, affectionate and cuddly little purr machines.
They are in care with adult cats and dogs, so are well socialized. While they have not been with children they would adapt well with gentle children with the right introductions.
They are desexed, microchipped and had their first vaccination. They are up to date with parasite treatment.

These absolutely adorable fluff balls are still available and ready for adoption now. Pepper (longhair fluffy male) and his two sisters Onyx and Shadow. Excellent with dogs and other cats, love to play with adventurous and hilarious personalities. They are 12 weeks old, desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and up to date with flea and worming.

BOBBY HAS BEEN ADOPTED

Hello I am Bob Tail ( Bobby for short)

I am a 2 yr old little boy - a miniature fox terrier cross. i weigh 4.4kg
I have not had a good start to life however I have responded well in foster care where I have learned what love, cuddles and being handled is all about.
I walk well on harness however I am still a bit timid in strange environments and with dogs I do not know. With encouragement and practice I will get much better, I just need someone to help me adjust.
I am in care with other dogs and I get on well with them in the home. I have not been tested with cats - I might be tempted to chase them.
I do not bark much and can be left at home on my own for periods of time - as long as I know you are coming back.
In foster care I sleep in a undercover pergola area but I would adjust to sleeping inside.
I use a doggy door, I eat well and I am happy, active little dog.

I would like to live with someone who is fairly active, but with time a patience to help me to continue to understand the world and reach my full potential.
I need a home with no small children as I am still a bit timid. Another friendly dog might be good company, I will just need the proper introduction.
With time and patience I will be your most loyal and loving companion.
I am desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and vet checked.
I as in care in Victor Harbor.

Meet Pepper, 12 weeks old little boy.
Pepper is in Victor Harbor Petstock’s kitten condo with his two tabby sisters, Onyx and Shadow. They are all available for adoption now.
They get along great with cats and dogs, their foster home includes two pugs and big ginger cat who they loved playing with.

Adoption fee is $220 each or if you’d like to adopt two kittens together the fee is $370.
They are desexed, microchipped, had their first vaccinations and are up to date with worming.

DOLLY HAS BEEN ADOPTED

This sweet girl is Dolly.

She is a Chihuahua cross - female - desexed, vaccinated and microchipped.
Dolly is 5 years old.

Dolly came into care as her owner could no longer look after her.
Dolly loves people so is looking for a person/family who is home a lot and is able to keep her active with regular walks and a garden to run around in.
Dolly loves to be close to you and would like to sleep in your bed. She curls up under the covers and sleeps soundly all night.
As Dolly loves to be with you all the time she could be a trip hazard.
She gets on really well with older children however very young children might be too much for her.
She is in care with other dogs however she is not interested in them and would be happier as an only dog or with one small respectful dog.
Dolly is in foster care with cats and has shown no interest in them

Dolly just loves her humans so a hone with lots of human company is the ideal home for her.
ADOPTION FEE: $500

KOA munchkin cat

Still available 🩷 Koa 🐾 Koa is a special little dwarf cat, classified as a munchkin cat. She is 2 years old and after a lot of love with her foster carer she is ready to start meeting her potential forever home families, medically completely healthy, just short legs. Koa gets along well with other animals and loves older children but does not enjoy being picked up and held unless it is on her terms. She will come to you to give you all the love and her tail waggles or cuddle in bed for tummy scratches. We would love to see her go to a home where she will be the only cat so she can get all that extra attention she deserves. She needs a patient and quiet home to adapt to and must be indoors only. Due to her very short legs Koa needs opportunities where she doesn’t have to jump high, you will have full support from our foster carer to go through Koa’s needs. Adoption fee $150 She is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and up to date with all flea and worming.

1 day old to 6 weeks

One of our foster carers has been very busy with 4 beautiful kittens. She has raised them from just 1 day old, long nights, little sleep and lots of bottle feeds and bathing and today we can celebrate them reaching 6 weeks! What an accomplishment. 🐾 Applications are not open for these little ones just yet but if you would like to express your interest we can take your details for the foster carer to contact you at a later date. Kitten season is in full swing now and it is the best time to have those conversations around the importance of desexing your cats so they can live a peaceful life full of the love they deserve 🐾
