Tender Loving Crested Rescue™ (TLCR) is an all-volunteer 501c3 charitable organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing of abused, abandoned and neglected Chinese Cresteds. We are currently a private family rescue, operating in the Houston, Texas area. We are limited to just the Houston and surrounding areas at this time but will help with other areas any way we can!
