𝑶𝒖𝒓 𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒔𝒉𝒆𝒍𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 💔 This isn’t fair. These are good boys! No sense in them being here in the shelter for this long. They just need a chance. They would be so excited to see you, if you’d just come meet them.

𝗚𝗢𝗢𝗗 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗥𝗧‼️
My name is Brock 🐾 I think most of you know me by now. When I came to the shelter on 𝟬𝟯/𝟬𝟴/𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰, they tested me for heartworms and it came back 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 💔 I hadn’t been cared for properly. I wasn’t given monthly heartworm prevention. Let’s fast forward ⏩ As of today, I’ve been in this shelter for 3️⃣4️⃣0️⃣ days, which is sad….but I do have some 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝘀 to share with you. Because of Friends of Colleton County Animal Shelter and fundraisers like Paws 2025, while I’ve been here I’ve been treated for heartworms. I’m super excited to let you know that today I tested 𝗡𝗘𝗚𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 for heartworms‼️‼️‼️

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. These sweet boys are 𝗡𝗢𝗧 broken, they just always get overlooked. They really need a foster, an adopter or a rescue. Just come meet them. There’s no reason for them to be in a shelter this long.

Due to overcrowding, we are currently operating on an emergency basis only. Please refrain from retrieving any animals. If you encounter a stray, please submit a complaint at 843-893-2651 and animal control will facilitate pickup accordingly, unless you are able to temporarily care for the animal.

Hi 🐾 My name is Karen. I’m currently in a foster home but I’m available for adoption!! I’m completely house trained. I get along well with other dogs and cats. I’m great on a leash. My foster mom says I’m the total package!! ♥️ I’m about 6 years old, I’ve already been spayed, I don’t have heartworms, I’m fully vaccinated and microchipped. I’m pretty chill, quiet and I love car rides!! 🚗 I love it here but I need a permanent home so that my foster mom can get another foster dog to love on for a while. 💰2️⃣ Tuesday❗️Chance, Bruiser, and Tiger 🐕🐕‍🦺🐕would have all been euthanized immediately without FoCCAS stepping in to save them 🏥 Please help us replenish our medical funds so we can continue to save injured homeless animals 🐈🐈‍⬛🐕‍🦺🐕❤️that deserve to have a second chance!🐾
