During my visit to Cuba. I got to see how they use it to make natural juice. I want to grow my own!!

During the 18th century Cuba depended increasingly on the sugarcane crop and on the expansive, slave-based plantations that produced it

The Spanish conqueror of Cuba, Diego Velázquez is the one who introduced sugar cane brought from Santo Domingo, and since that time the settlers began to extract the juice to produce sugar, but at first by pressing the cane.

Just made my 1st cup of Red Roselle hibiscus tea that I grew. I fell in love with a drink called Sobolo that's popular in Ghana and throughout the Caribbean. Caribbeans refer to it more as Sorrel or Sorrel drink. So good for you & Tasty😋

The Flaxseeds are blooming!! ❤️
They're High in Omega-3s, Which Support Heart and Brain Health. Flaxseeds are high in omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for healthy aging.
One small study compared flaxseed to hormone replacement therapy (HRT) in menopausal women. It reported that 40 g of flaxseed worked as well as HRT for mild menopausal symptoms (hot flashes, mood disturbances, and vaginal dryness).

Climate change is affecting the gardens. They have updated some planting zones. 2023 was the hottest year we've seen!!! I went from zone 4a to 5a. Should we be happy or more concerned?

The USDA is updating an important map for gardeners and growers picking plants and flowers. The new map shows the contiguous U.S. is about 2.5 degrees Fahrenheit warmer than the last map 11 years ago.

Why: Tennessee Department of Agriculture testing found listeria in the collard greens.
Where: The collard greens recall involves products sent to Kroger stores in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Carolina and Tennessee and also affects parts of Illinois, Indiana and Missouri.

"THEY" say Watermelon, oranges, grapes, lemon, limes, burdock root, seamoss, ashwaganda, moringa... all plants that have healing properties and they tell you to eat your vegetables because they are good for you!
Cannibas on the other hand is also a plant. Grows just as the others do! On a plant!
So my question is.... Is Cannibas a medicine or a Drug???
