I am heartbroken tonight. I have lost my sweet buttercup. She was one of the first lovebirds I ever raised from a baby. I rescued her parents from a hoarding situation and she and her husband Blueberry have been with me for about 12 years. Blueberry passed away last year and tonight she went to join him across the rainbow bridge. I will miss her sweet face so much.

Well it took forever but the bird room makeover is done. Painted the wall dark blue and put birch tree decals up. They seem to be happy. Now if they just don’t eat it!
