Are you interested in dog showing, but have never done it before?
Do you know how to enter shows? And are you aware on how many shows there are, not just in the UK but in the South West?!
Do you know what a Challenge Certificate is and how to gain one?
Do you know the difference between a Limited Show, an Open show and a Championship Show?
Do you watch Crufts on TV and want to know what it takes to get there?

We have a lot of new members to our Society, and a lot of people asking about how they get into dog showing and what is required. So I have decided to put on a presentation evening for any budding dog handlers to explain the ins-and-outs of dog showing, to answer all the questions above and more, and why dog showing is a fantastic opportunity for you and your dogs.

This presentation evening will be FREE OF CHARGE, and delivered by myself, Jak Titchener, Secretary of Bridgwater and District Canine Society. You do not need to be a member, is open to absolutely anyone. It will take place on an weekday evening, held in Westonzoyland Village Hall, near Bridgwater and be approximately 2 hours in duration.

Tea, Coffee and Refreshments will be available along with some activities to get involved with. You do not need to bring your dog to the presentation evening.

We would be looking to hold this in September, subject to number of people wishing to enter. Please comment below you would be interested, and tag anyone who you think would be interested to attend.
