𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐞 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐬, "𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐝𝐨 𝐈 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝?"....

When choosing a size in our blankets you need to think about two things.

☝🏻 #1) What type of under pad do you use. (𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐈𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐎𝐒𝐓 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐅𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐑)

☝🏻 #2) Your horse's size.. back length and broadness.

The 𝐭𝐰𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐲 𝐬𝐢𝐳𝐞 was specifically designed to fit over the Diamond Wool Contoured Comfort Cutter. If you use that exact pad, you 𝐌𝐔𝐒𝐓 have a twiggy size Cuttinup Show Blanket. We are the only show blanket that will consistently cover that under pad without bunching and stretching underneath your saddle.

The 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐚 𝐬𝐢𝐳𝐞 will fit most under pads and is likely the better choice for under pads that are very thin.

After you recognize what will fit over your specific under pad, then next thing you should consider is the look you’re after, and how that fits over your horse. Do you like at lot of blanket showing? Do you want the blanket extending farther over the horses hips at all? These are all questions related to the size of your horse and the appearance you’re after. All personal preference!
