If you’re hitting a wall right now, instead of wondering what’s “wrong with you” reframe those thoughts, with tender loving care, and ask your body what it needs right now.
The body never lies.
The body has your best interest at heart (literally) and is always giving you cues to rest, breathe, take a walk in nature, sit in quiet, and be gentle and kind to yourself.
The body believes you are precious cargo, helping you to be in this life for the long haul, so lean on that wall and rest.
I needed to write this for you today because I’m actually leaning on a wall resting.

(Stop being mad at yourself for being exhausted, for crying, losing patience, or not having the time or energy to do absolutely everything. Stop being so hard on yourself, all of this is incredibly hard. You are doing okay.-)
