With hurricane milton approaching and we dont know the exact effects we will have, We are now under hurricane watch due to this We have now activated our Hurricane Protocol to keep our staff members and your pets safe. We are taking care of our furry friends as normal until Wednesday-Thursday and then after the storm has passed and is safe to do so. All clients have been notified and plans are in the works for our policies.

Our staff members are dedicated to keeping our client’s pet safe! Please reach out to us by messenger or my cell if you have any questions, or concerns. We are happy to help!

Some helpful tips Please make a plan for your pet’s in the event of a Hurricane.

🐾Assign a Local Emergency Care Taker who can house your pets safely.
🐾Make sure all pet’s are up to date on vaccinations, with a record to show.
🐾Have a pet kit ready for each individual pet. We have a more detailed list available. A pet kit should include 2 weeks worth of medications as well.
🐾Each pet has a comfortable and sturdy kennel to be housed in during the storms. Our feline clients should have a pet taxi/carrier for transport, then another larger kennel to be comfortable and to fit their supplies.
🐾Check your pet’s microchip information is up to date with the correct contact information. Microchips can be purchased at all local veterinarians.

Perfect Paws Pet Sitting Service is looking for qualified animal loving pet care specialists to add to our team. Thanks to our amazing clients and new clients, We are looking for overnight pet care specialist, as well as more day time pet care specialists able to make multiple visits to owners homes per day. This can also be the same position for one person also with more availability.

We take our job very seriously and care for all pets as our own, we expect no less from our staff. We are like a family and our clients and pets are as well. We already have an amazing team and the new sitter will need to mesh well as we are one big family with eachother and our clients.

*Part Time/Seasonal/ Full time possibility

Ideal Pet Care Specialists would have
Experience working with animals professionally
Paid Weekly
Flexible schedule
Reliable and Professional
Pays close attention to detail
Able to work week days, week nights, and have overnight availability.
Understand Pet Safety
Understand Pet Behavior and Body language.
Ability to administer medications to include injections.
Comfortable working with animals of all sizes and breeds to include livestock, exotics, large dogs, pets with anxiety, etc.
Comfortable cleaning pet messes.
MUST be Able to pass background check, and drug testing.
Ability to take great pet photos.
Have reliable transportation at all times.
Willing to travel for overnights. Most of our clients are in Lake County.
Our pet sitting visits range from Eustis, Mt Dora, Tavares, Umatilla, Sorrento, Leesburg, Altoona, Astatula, Clermont, Lady Lake, The Villages and more.

Scheduling is not guaranteed as it depends on current pet sitting needs. This is a great job for someone who has spare time, looking for extra income that genuinely loves working and caring for animals.

We are having a blast with all our furry friends. As always pet safety is our number 1 priority.
