Update*** Hitch Hiker, Atlas and Rue all found loving forever homes!! Hitch Hiker was lost and alone but that didn't stop her from finding humans. Hitch was picked up by Animal Control after repeatedly trying to board the school bus with the children. We think she simply wanted a higher education. Being in a cage (where all pound cats are kept) was not going over well with Hitch Hiker. She was giv

en a roommate (Atlas) to help calm her. It didn't work and poor Hitch Hiker busted her face open on the bars. So, now she has a room that she shares with her friends Atlas and Rue. Hitch Hiker's personality is something to be marveled at despite her being impounded. Her best human friend is Animal Control Officer Lascell and together they both love causing mischief. Hitch Hiker and her roommates Atlas and Rue are all up for adoption at the Campbell County Animal Control and Care Facility in Rustburg Virginia.
