Meet Heidi a sweet, playful girl looking for her forever family.

Heidi has just spent 585 days at the Carlsbad Shelter and was adopted by a family last Saturday at the shelters free adoption event but sadly they are unable to keep her and do not want to send her back to the shelter.

Per the family she is good with other dogs and kids. The shelter said she likes to play ball, walks well on a leash and knows sit and down.

Please help spread the word so Heidi can find a forever home and doesn't go back to the shelter.

Please no negative comments. The family was trying to help her and have reached out for help.

We are always committed to the dogs who have come through our rescue, no matter how many years ago or how old they may now be. It took a village to keep them safe and together. Thank you San Diego Dept of Animal Services, Elizabeth Acosta, Ken And Lorna, Julie Levine, Regina, Charlotte with Meade Rescue and Fosted Faces. Without all of ur efforts and input our goal would not have been accomplished.

Tonight two of our Beagles are safe. They originally came thru Four Paws several years ago and we were notified that their owner passed away and they were now sitting at Animal Control. As we always say once a dog comes thru our rescue they are always part of us even after all these years.

I sprung them from South County Animal Control this morning and with the help of friends Ken and Lorna we drove them to North County where we met up with Julie Levine who took them up to the LA area where they will go into a foster home.

These girls are now seniors and as sweet as can be. Thank you Rebecca Stevens for working so hard from Wyoming to secure their safety. Thank you Julie Levine for taking them in and Thank you Ken and Lorna for helping me get them and driving.

Tonight Benji and Cindy are safe and resting their heads someplace warm. ❤️

Meet Jack a 3 month old Lab mix pup who is looking for his forever family. He originally came from Mexico with his mom and siblings after living in the backyard and then was rescued after the orginal owner was going to let them all loose on the street. A kind person took them all and got them to a rescue. A wonderful foster home (who was a long time volunteer and also fostered for Four Paws) stepped up to foster him and is spreading the word for his new home. He is very sweet, good with cats, good with other dogs, learning his potty training, already knows how to sit and down. He would do best in a home with another dog to play with. He is neutered and vaccinated. Please help spread the word so we can find this guy a home, one that will make him part of the family. Any interest please let me know and I will put you in touch with his foster mom. Jack says thank you 😊 ❤

Hi Everyone,
This is Elizabeth with Four Paws and Mollie who belongs to a client of mine is looking for a new home. Please help spread the word.

Meet Mollie. She belongs to a client of mine who due to family health issues is needing to find her a new home where she can get the time and exercise she needs.

She was originally rescued by someone in Mexico and then adopted by my client. She is a very sweet pup, good with other dogs, good with cats, loves to play and take walks. She is 2 yrs old, vaccinated and spayed. She would do best in an active home with someone that takes her on hikes or even someone looking for a running partner. She would make an amazing agility pup.

If anyone would like more info on Mollie or to meet her to see if she would be a fit please let me know and I can put you in touch with her mom.

We are asking for donations to help those animals in need during severe shortage of affordable hay. Donations raised will help those individuals who have fallen on hard times and who are making difficult decisions on weather to feed their animals or pay for propane, electricity, prescriptions. 100% of all donations will pay for hay and other animal food necessary to ensure each animals survival during this coming winter.

Hay prices are nearly double what they were last year. While jumps in feed prices often leave producers feeling the pinch, the high cost of hay is also putting a strain on anyone with horses, goats …

Scooby is still missing and is believed to have been stolen from his home. He went missing on Oct 31st and was spotted that evening around 8pm on El Cajon Blvd and Euclid but has not been seen since. The family has been and is still continuing to plaster the area with signs in hopes someone knows where he is or knows who has him. Please continue to keep your eyes and ears open and spread the word. Rebecca, myself and of course Scooby's family are devasted and heartbroken that he is not home with his family where he belongs. Anyone with info and/or a sighting please contact me. Thank you.

*****Urgent Missing Dog*****
This is Scooby who was adopted from Four Paws 8 years ago. He went missing on Sunday evening and his family is heartbroken & devasted. So we are asking for anyone in the San Diego area especially the Kensington area to keep an eye out. As of this evening there have been no sightings. If anyone has any info please let us know. The microchip company has been notified as well as Kensington Vet that he is missing and so far he isn't at any of the local shelters. Please keep Scooby & his family in your thoughts and prayers.
