I have to Thank Justin Paul Martin for his quick analysis for Matilda and to treat her for ulcers. She was going downhill fast by not eating. After the antibiotics Justin had me give to Matilda and now Omeprazole twice a day (I found tasty disintegrating ones to sneak into Matilda’s food which is very limited by the way) She has started eating again by way of elimination and trying everything I can think of! Started with scrambled eggs. That’s all Matilda would eat. She is eating quick oats with just water and old fashioned with just water whatever I can find. Tonight after researching ulcers and finding that vitamin U helps and found in cabbage and broccoli… I boiled some broccoli and brussel sprouts. Matilda ate a whole plate of them! I’m so happy she’s finally eating! I had been putting pumpkin, yogurt, fruits, veggies, all kinds of things in front of her and she walks away, won’t even try them… so she knows what irritates her ulcers!
I’m determined to help her heal with a special diet and Justin’s help!
I love my pigs and won’t ever stop trying to give them their best life! Matilda is my first pig and started my love and understanding of pigs! She is my girl💕 Justin, you are the only vet Matilda has seen since a baby and she will be 8 this year!
