Alina Franke wins grand champion all around at the Wasco County Fair 4-H horse show on Dr Pepper, her 2024 Teens & Oregon Mustangs adoption challenge horse. Dr Pepper is a 3 year old mare from the South Steens HMA.

Over the last 100+ days Alina has gentled and trained Dr Pepper from wild into a champion. As part of the Teens program this phenomenal mustang will be available through auction/adoption.
