UPDATE: Water is back on! We will resume normal hours tomorrow and be in touch to reschedule those we had to cancel. 🙌

The building we're in is having some water leak issues that turned out to be a bigger project to fix than originally anticipated. While it originates from a different unit they have to shut off water to the entire building to work on this, and therefore, we will be closed tomorrow while they fix this. There is a chance that it could go into Friday, but we are playing it by ear and will update as soon as we know! We apologize for the inconvenience at this time!

Friendly reminder: PLEASE DO NOT OPEN OUR GATE!!!! When we bring your pet out we will open it ourselves, we do have personal dogs and/or dogs that don't do well in a kennel on the floor at times and WE are the ones that are held responsible for the safety of our clients pets. I have mentioned it many a time over the years and would appreciate that this simple rule be abided for everyone's safety. You can't always control or plan for every situation with animals and all it takes is one wrong timing of a gate open and the front door to open because someone else came in for someone to have a really bad day, so let's please be respectful of our facility, rules, and the safety of others' pets.
