Kaylee came into your Service Dog Training School program with some accomplished training. As a team, we compete in Agility, Rally, and Obedience Trials. Kaylee has earned her Canine Good Citizen Certificate from The Dog Training Club of Bermuda, her Obedience CD Title and we are working/training towards her Obedience CDX Title, so she already has the background to do your program’s (1) Preparation, (2) Foundation Skills, (3) Focus Training and (4) Socialisation & Environmental Enrichment referenced in your 6 levels of training a service dog.
Kaylee is trained to retrieve and pick up items for me and I am training her to alert me to different sounds. What I found to be very useful about your course was the ‘Self Public Access Test Checklist’. Bermuda is not a very pet-friendly Island. The island is getting better by allowing dogs to eat in some restaurants, as well as outside dining, but you won’t find dogs in malls or grocery stores.
I continue to take Kaylee out in public, walk downtown, take her on ferry rides, and eat at restaurants & Cafes that allow dogs so that she can continue to have good manners in public. Now that Kaylee has received her Certificate of Completion for Intensive Service Dog Training, I am looking forward to being able to travel with her.

We bet these photos have melted your hearts just like they have ours! Thanks to Roxane, this adorable fluffy boy, named Marco, is living his best life!
Marco and Roxane are an inseparable team, whose strong bond and commitment to each other has made their journey a true adventure full of wonderful trips and achieved goals!
Talking about goals, the completion of our Express PSD Training Course is one of the recent achievements of the team! It was a pleasure watching this sweet boy doing all the tasks included in the program effortlessly!
We are confident that the journey of the team will unfold many possibilities for them in the future and be full of happiness!

"A Yorkshire Terrier might be small enough to fit in a handbag, but their personality is too big to fit in any room."
We completely agree with that! Yorkshire Terriers are adorable dogs who can hardly remain unnoticed, not only due to their sweet appearance and intelligence but also due to their big personalities!
If you have any doubts, you can ask Valeriia! Her fluffy boy Yorick has proved what a loyal, smart, and fantastic companion he is!
Valeriia and Yorick have recently completed our Intensive Service Dog Course and have learned to understand each other better!
While Yorick has been supporting her for a long time, neither of them had the knowledge to ensure they had the best communication.
The course helped Valeriia learn how to keep Yorick motivated and correctly interpret his responses. He, on the other hand, has become even more attuned to her. They will continue to practice and make each other's lives happier!

Aw, who are these gorgeous ladies? Meet Vivian and her wonderful fluffy paw girl Harley! The two ladies are not only lovely but also determined to succeed as a team!
With the completion of our Express PSD Course, they proved that there are neither basic obedience nor specific PSD tasks that can pose a challenge on their way to success!
Harley's strong bond with her favorite person, Vivian, made the training process smooth and pleasant for both of them. This little sweet girl's performance has been commendable and amazing to watch!
Vivian and Harley, we are confident that you will succeed in all your endeavors and wish you much happiness!

How many training programs can a dog complete? If they are as smart as this lovely boy, Glenn, it may be hard to keep track of the exact number!
Glenn is an amazing dog who surpassed our expectations! He and his favorite person, Heather, completed our Emotional Support Dog Course, Canine Good Citizen Course, PSD Course, Intensive Service Dog Course, and Air Travel Program. Impressive, right?
Heather has invested plenty of time and effort into Glenn's training, which has become apparent given Glenn's impeccable performance! In one of her essays, Heather shared that she would continue reviewing the lessons and that the modules included the right amount of information.
Heather's determination and hard work, combined with Glenn's exceptional learning skills, make the perfect combo to ensure the team's success!
We wish you to never stop developing and to achieve all of your goals!

Gene's photos are on another level! He is super cute, photogenic and...perfectly trained!
Some of you would probably underestimate a small dog like the Chihuahuia as a service dog because of their small size, but let us tell you that Gene's performance during our Psychiatric Assistance Dog Course was outstanding!
Gene's handler Tara was also impressed by how much her gentle paw companion already knew and how quickly he could learn new tasks!
Learning new techniques including clicker-related ones was very interesting for the team! While Gene was initially scared of the clicker, Tara's clever techniques and persistence paid off! Eventually, Gene realised the clicker wasn't a bad thing, especially since treats would follow!
Gene has proved a very smart representative of the Chuhuahua, which, hopefully, will raise awareness of the great qualities of small dog breeds as service animals!
"This course has been a real eye opener for me and has helped me tremendously". Tara's feedback is simply amazing and we are very grateful for her trust in our programs!

When a loving and understanding person meets the perfect dog, you can expect nothing but amazing results! Gretchen and her lovely paw girl Sundae are one of those teams, for whom you can easily tell they are skilled and determined!
As a horse trainer, Gretchen has a solid knowledge of animal behavior, which has been helpful during the training sessions. Also, her paw friend is of the German Shepherd breed, which is one of the most trainable dog breeds, eager to please their owners! No wonder the team's performance during the Intensive Service Dog Course and Air Travel Course was impeccable! Sundae is currently doing the Cardiac Alert Dog Course to be a reliable support to one of her family members! She has proved not only a smart doggo but also a fun-to-train paw companion who is eager to learn!
The whole family benefited from the training program and provided feedback which made the training even more pleasant!
Gretchen is determined to continue working on Sundae's basic skills to ensure she has excellent manners and is confident and balanced.
We are confident that the team will reap success in all their future adventures together!

"A golden companion for a golden life!" This truly applies to all wonderful Golden Retrievers who make their owners' lives more fulfilling and full of funny adventurous moments and retrieving games, of course!
Trudi definitely matches the description above and as a wonderful breed representative, she has been doing her best to provide invaluable support to her beloved human- Juliane!
Trudi already had a training background before participating in our Diabetic Alert Dog Course. However, the program helped the team gain more in-depth knowledge and become a perfect service dog team! When you are loving towards your paw companion and they have the right temperament for the job, all the goals you set can be achieved!

Kristina and Alessandro recently completed an important stage in their lives!

They finished our Cardiac Alert Dog Program and gained experience which has been life-changing! Learning new alert and support tasks, and various approaches to exhibit desired behaviors are among the benefits that the training course has had for the team.

Furthermore, Kristina and her lovely furry buddy have started to appreciate the importance of consistent training. Understanding Alessandro's body language, teaching him to remain focused on her, and learning how to properly plan training sessions have also proved important aspects of the training process.

Additionally, the course has taught Kristina how to multi-task and stimulate her paw partner intellectually, so that they can progress consistently.

Let's not forget that training should always be fun and associated with positive experiences! Kristina understood that concept and managed to engage Allesandro in joyful sessions to which he happily responded!

Kristina and Alessandro are a dedicated team, whose great performance can only inspire us! Excellent job, you two!

Feeling a sense of accomplishment after investing hard work and patience, which have paid off, is one of the greatest feelings!
Every beginning is usually difficult, but when you believe in yourself and your paw partner, and put in effort, everything falls into place naturally.
Completing our PSD Course was a wonderful new experience for Mila and her sweet fluffy buddy Enzo. They made exercise fun and completed the program with enthusiasm.
Mila is proud of Enzo's amazing progress and grateful for his hard work and dedication as her loyal service dog!
She will continue working and growing with him as a unified team.

Let us introduce the Jedi Master Obi Wan! As a true Jedi, his skills are extraordinary, and his cuteness is as undeniable as the Force itself!
Mary is very proud of her beloved paw partner, with whom she practiced and completed our PSD Training Course. The bond they have developed goes way beyond an owner-pet or even an owner-paw partner relationship. They are an inseparable team, who have love, respect, and understanding for each other!
The basic obedience behaviors took a lot of time and practice, but eventually, Obi mastered them all. This helped him learn specific service dog tasks much easier!
Deep Pressure Therapy is among the service dog tasks Obi has excelled at and that has been super helpful to his beloved person.
You are a wonderful team, Mary and Obi! May the force be with you!

Luna is a fluffy paw girl full of joy and love for her handler Aailiyah! The two ladies are an excellent team, that has made the most out of the ISD Course! The good structure and organization of the program have contributed to the training's success and helped Aaliyah and Luna deal with all the challenges along the way. Hard work always pays off and proves it is all worth it!
Before enrolling in the ISD training course, Aailiyah had experience with YouTube training videos and books, which did not bring the desired outcome.
Practicing at their own pace while also benefiting from well-organized and informative lessons and tutor support has proved the winning formula for the team!

Meet Aireheart Nifty Misty Roses! A fascinating name for an incredible puppy!
Misty is smart, trainable, friendly, and simply adorable! She showed her great potential and skills throughout the Puppy Training Course that she completed recently with her handler Jorien.
Jorien is very pleased with the provided materials that have helped him better understand Misty's needs and body language. The basic obedience part of the lessons has aided in Jorien's understanding of the tasks Misty should learn to develop as a service dog in the future.
The explanation of the life stages of a puppy and the clarification that the training process does not end with the completion of a training program have further benefited Jorien and helped him gain valuable knowledge in dog training!
Jorien thoroughly enjoyed the Puppy Program and the short animated videos it includes, and is now ready for further adventures with Misty!

"Overall, my experience in this course has been transformative."
Training your own dog as your service dog may not be easy but is definitely an incredibly rewarding experience that changes your life for the better!
After completing our PSD Training Course, Dave feels more knowledgeable about PSD training and has greatly deepened his bond with his intelligent and dedicated paw companion Dixie!
Thanks to the team support, Dave and Dixie have navigated through all the challenges and tremendously improved their bond and skills as a service dog team!
The comprehensive lessons and the team's dedication have helped them gain invaluable knowledge! They have become more attuned to each other and able to properly interpret their body language.

This lovely boy, named Ollie, truly enjoyed every exercise included in the PSD Training Course! The more he practiced with his beloved handler Sally, the more food-motivated he became!
The session about dog nutrition has been particularly beneficial for the team as Sally has always enjoyed preparing food for her cute boy but needed some additional guidance in this matter.
One of the biggest benefits of the course for Sally has been the increased confidence in her skills as a handler and trust in Ollie's skills as a service dog!
Additionally, she has realized that Ollie has been a natural at many tasks! Now, after course completion, Sally can see the positive changes in Ollie's confidence and interest in listening to her!
The team will continue progressing and handling even more challenging situations.
Sally and Ollie- the real example of how much you can achieve with patience, consistency, and determination! Have the best of luck, team!

You can tell from the pictures how much Leonard and his sweet fluffy boy Winston care for each other! They share a truly strong bond and enjoyed the valuable time they spent together practicing during the ISD Training Course!
The step-by-step guidance, featuring detailed but simple commands and videos on how to train your dog to do specific tasks has been particularly rewarding for the team.
Winston has surprised his beloved person with the fast pace he managed to acquire new skills! He can now do specific activities for Leonard like closing doors, which have been very helpful.
Impressive performance! We wish these lovely gentleman much success and happiness in their lives!

Nina has managed to overcome all the challenges along the way, including traveling for a long time and not being able to practice! She and her beloved paw girl Nala have completed our PSD Training Program and are now ready to continue their journey as a team!
As a natural cuddler, who is highly attuned to her beloved person, Nala has been doing Deep Pressure Therapy even prior to starting the training program. However, teaching Nala to connect her actions with specific emotions and cues was a new experience for Nina. The team has progressed tremendously during the program and won't stop developing in the future.
Nina looks forward to continuing practicing with her wonderful service dog and reaping the fruits of their hard work! You are great, girls! Your success is well-deserved!

The completion of our Intensive Service Dog Course marked the end of a challenging yet rewarding journey for Liudmyla and her beloved paw companion Daisy and the beginning of their life together as a true service dog team!
Thanks to the thorough information about service dogs and their profound impact on many people's lives, Liudmyla has gained a deep appreciation for their invaluable support!
It was not only the valuble information the lessons provided, but also the team's determination, practice, and patience that has brought them to success!
Throughout the training, Daisy presented remarkable progress which has helped her turn from a lovely pet to a highly appreciated trained service dog and loyal companion! Liudmyla is grateful and happy, knowing that her sweet girl's skills have a great positive impact and can make a difference in others' lives!

As you can tell by the photos, this won't be a typical post about a service dog team! We can speak a lot about Pockets' amazing skills as a service dog and how incredibly smart she is! The PSD Course and Air Travel Program have helped her refine her skills as a service dog and become Virginia's most valuable assistant!
However, let's also talk about the great positive impact Pockets has on all the people she comes in touch with! Wherever she goes, she becomes a huge hit and wins the adoration of the audience!
When even Donny Osmond praises your dog, you know they are really great!

Training her beloved Corgi Mars as her service dog has been a "rewarding expedition", as Yelyzaveta describes her experiences with the PSD Course! Defined by respect, mutual understanding, and patience, the partnership between Yelyzaveta and Mars has thrived with each session! The lessons have provided them with the knowledge and skills needed for their unique role as members of a service dog team!

Learning more about Mars and how he learns has been a crucial aspect of the training process, bringing the team closer to their ultimate training goal! Tailoring her training methods to best suit her paw friend has also been particularly beneficial for the training to succeed!

Proper nutrition has proved an essential part of the process, along with specific service dog training!

Together, Yelyzaveta and Mars overcome obstacles during the course and have grown not only as a team but also as individuals who share the same purpose- to support one another and other people in need!

Gulisara and her paw companion Vincenzo look like real stars! Not only are they a diligent service dog team, but also true friends who love and support each other!
Expanding her knowledge about dog raising and training, including dog nutrition, is a great benefit that the PSD Training Course provided for Gulisara.
During the program, she also taught Vincenzo how to recognize and respond to any mental health-related challenges that she may face. Hugging her, sleeping on her lap, and providing other types of tactile stimulation are among the tasks that Vincenzo does for his handler without hesitation!
Throughout the course, Gulisara acknowledged the importance of public access manners for successful service dog training. It is not only the dog, though, that should be educated but also the public! Raising awareness of how to properly interact with service dog teams is a crucial aspect of creating a respectful and tolerant society.
We believe that our program was only the beginning of an amazing journey for Gulisara and Vincenzo! May happiness and love accompany you in all your endeavors!

"Theo and I are now a team, he is connected to me"- Judy found the best way to describe the relationship she has with her lovely fluffy boy Theo! They are connected on a deep emotional level and can rely on each other as a team!
While Theo had some training before engaging in the PSD Training Course, the program truly suited him! It resonated with his personality and helped him learn valuable tasks to support his favorite person Judy! He has made quick progress in learning to ignore distractions in the surroundings and remaining focused on Judy. The lessons and videos included in the program are easy to follow, which has been very rewarding for the team!
It brings confidence and relief knowing that you have a reliable, well-trained, and loyal paw companion by your side!
