Cuervo is full of personality — playful, social, and always ready to greet our pet sitters at the door with purrs and a roll onto his back to show off his belly. He loves playing with his toys and darting through tunnels, and once he’s burned off some energy, he’s all about the cuddles. We love spending time with this laid-back guy.

Bandit has a standing mid-day date with our dog walkers, and we’re always happy to see him. Since he can be a bit nervous, our team uses Fear Free techniques—going at his pace, watching his body language, and using high-value treats to create positive associations. With each visit, Bandit is building confidence and trust.

Meet Blue — one of our newest feline friends. He has warmed right up to our pet sitters! He gives head bumps to help move mealtime along, and enjoys lots of hearty play with a few pauses for pets before jumping right back in.

Our pet sitters always receive a warm welcome from MacReady (front) and Ripley (back). We spend part of the visit taking care of business—bathroom walks, meals, and supplements, and the rest enjoying the backyard. Sometimes we play, sometimes we snuggle, and sometimes we just soak up the sun!

Please join us in cheering Carmen on her 1 year work anniversary! Carmen serves our Alexandria City clients. She has ten years’ experience with animals and animal behavior with a diverse range of pets including dogs, cats, rats, reptiles, and birds. For the previous four years, she worked as a service dog trainer and founder of a service dog organization using force-free philosophy.

Meet Wallace! He's a special needs pup, so we care for him and his feline brothers while his family is away. Wallace was diagnosed with pancreatitis, meaning a medication regimen symptom monitoring. We are delighted to care for him, and he rewards us with "happy hops" of excitement.

Please join us in cheering Kate on her 1 year work anniversary! She joined us in early 2024, serving our Alexandria City client neighborhoods. She’s a full-time Pet Care Professional with over 6 years’ experience pet sitting and dog walking for another company and also for friends and family. She’s been a pet foster also, so she’s used to caring for cats and dogs with unique needs.

Declan greets our pet sitters at the door, so we have to make sure we enter quickly before he tries to sneak out. His kitty brother Tiernan like to play "spy" from under the sofa and we pretend not to see him for a few minutes - then when we greet him, he comes right out for pets and toy time.

This adorable doggy duo is new to the crew!
Sadie (left) is slower to warm up, so we're taking our time and building her trust. Zoey loves to play, but she’ll eventually tap out when she is over it. One thing’s for sure — these sisters love each other!
