Oof… the cuteness got turned up a notch with this one. Meet Felix! Born late last year, we’ve been lucky enough to have him and his two siblings in foster care. He’s pretty chill for a kitten, still loves playing with toys though - as well as head scratches and cuddles.

He has a very strong bond with his brother Charlie (black cat) and loves running around the house with him.

Felix would suit almost any household - and with this winning personality and 100/10 cuteness, what household wouldn’t want him?!
Don’t hesitate - he won’t last long!

Boots! 👢
This boy is so SWEET! He’s had a bit going on, bouncing around between a couple of foster homes and our friends at the cattery, but he will settle in to most households given the opportunity and enough time. He would suit a home with older, patient, cat savvy children - or loving adult humans of course. A must for this boy, is that he needs a feline friend. He plays with his friend Tom constantly, who incidentally is also available for adoption (see adoption website for pics of Tom!) however, Boots loves most cats (sometimes too much!) and is also ok with cat savvy dogs given a slow introduction to both.

Boots has been waiting for far too long for his forever home. He is only just over a year old, has the cutest white “boots” on all his feet, loves his pats and gets very excited at dinner time, sometimes giving a little twirl.

Give this sweet baby his happily ever after!

Meet Lilly, a playful little kitten born in September 2024! This adorable girl is full of curiosity and charm, ready to brighten up a forever home with her sweet nature.

Goodbye Esme, hello Tui 🐦
We are so thrilled for this absolute beauty, who moved into her new home before Christmas and has settled in perfectly with her new forever family.
So often with pound cats, they are so thankful for the good life - and they love to show that to their people, like Tui is doing now.

Tui had been with us since around March this year, it seems she was holding out for her right people to find her.

Congratulations, Tui. We can’t wait to continue following your happily every after!

Storm is enjoying a visitor while her foster parents are away 🧡 one of the great things about cats, they quite often do better staying at home and just having a friend drop by to check in and ensure the automatic feeders etc are all working well.

Here’s our lady performing her vocal exercises to entice some pats. We’ll be working on a new bio for Storm soon, but a few things about this glam queen:
She’s an older girl at around 11 years, needs to be an only cat - her dominion is hers and hers alone.
Storm is still very playful and loves to play with toys - don’t let her age fool you!
She is STUNNING, and has the softest fur 🧡
Great at entertaining herself, or warming your legs as she sits by you.
Storm loves to look out of a window, if you give her even a semi decent view she will love this.

Don’t let her live out her senior years in foster, this girl deserves her forever home.

Here’s Alex, a loveable, affectionate and chatty boy who LOVES his humans. Head bops, cuddles and endless love is what you will receive from this handsome boy.

At just under 2 years old (approx) Alex is fine with non reactive dogs, and other cats pending a very slow introduction. Older kids/teenagers are fine. He adores back scratches and will purr loudly when getting them. Alex needs to go to a home who can provide him with the attention and love he deserves.

Please help us move Alex along into his new forever home or foster 🤞🏼 we have many cats in the pound needing our help!

I can’t believe we have to post about Howie again!

Howard is a charming male tabby with striking Bengal-like spots and a lovable, boofy face. After a shy start, he’s blossomed into an affectionate cat who adores headbutts and scritches. Howard thrives on human attention and would be a delightful addition to almost any home.

While Howard is FIV+, he’s otherwise healthy and ready to share his love with a forever family. If you’re looking for a loving companion, Howard could be the perfect match! He’s approx 3 years old, and gets along great with other cats and some dogs (not the current resident dog, so the need to move is rather urgent!)

Benji is missing 😭

Our boy Benji escaped from his owner during the evacuation of their home during a bushfire. He escaped in the new area and has not been seen since.
Flyers have gone up around Byford where he went missing, and his owner is offering $200 reward for his safe return.

Benji is a large, very fluffy tabby mix with white on his upper lip. He was wearing the collar he’s pictured in here but he could have gotten it off also.

He is microchipped.

Let’s all keep our fingers crossed for a Christmas miracle, and that his loving family get him back safe and sound.

Thank you, thank you THANK YOU!

We have lately received some donations from some extremely generous people. We couldn’t be more grateful, and neither could Bernard. Who finally got to say goodbye to his cone of shame today. At long last he can smooch and head bump his foster mum to his heart’s content.
He also had a whopping 45 STITCHES removed. Phew. Onward and upward for this gorgeous void boy.

🧡 Brett 🧡

This boy is cute as heck, so so playful and loving - and just an all round legend really. To think that he was abandoned by his last owner is so upsetting 😭 but he has come so far with us in such a short time.

Brett would fit well into almost any household. He needs someone that will play with him (see the funny head nod in the video? That’s cat language for LETS GO) give him lots of head scratches and also keep him indoors due to those dainty white ears.

Give yourself a white Christmas and adopt Brett today. You will not regret it.

Brett is approx 6 years old, needs to eat from a raised bowl, can live with other cats and potentially a cat friendly dog with slow introduction. He would be great with kids. When Bretty came to us he had many rotten teeth. These have been removed and there are no further issues, but he does need to eat wet food as a result 🧡
