A 10-year-old female bully was brought for removal of her tumor hangging from her ni**le.
We inspected the involved mammary gland and we are glad that it was only connected at the side of the ni**le.
Considering the age of the patient, we make sure the procedure is quick with 3 stitches only.

A 3-year-old Male Husky was brought this morning with generalized weakness, pale gums and Epistaxis (bleeding from the nose).
CBC or Complete Blood Count was performed and unfortunately, the results are not good.
It indicates Zuri is Immunocompromised, with Severe Anemia and Thrombocytopenia.
We put him in IV FLUIDS and explain that his condition can lead to death.
We hope miracle can happen.

Vika was brought this morning. She is 5years old, Pom-Yorkshire Mix, Female

She is
* slighty lethargic but still active, no appetite
* vomiting, with bloody diarrhea

Physical Exam
* good gum color and eye color
* no pain when palpating abdominal area

Lab Tests done
* PARVO TEST - Negative
* FECALYSIS - too many to count RBC, NO OVA/EGG of parasite

Treatment
* Vika was given IV FLUIDS
* Oral antibiotic
* Anti-emetic drug

We advice for close monitoring, bring her back in case no improvement for further testing.

More than 60ml of bloody urine...

Haze was brought this morning for checkup. He was having difficulty urinating and is lethargic.
On physical exam, his urinary bladder is hard and distended.
We placed a Urinary Catheter and collected more than 60ml of bloody urine.
Microscopy showed too many to count RBC and STRUVITE CRYSTALS
Treatment includes
* Oral antibiotic
* NSAID
* Supplements
* Urinary Diet

Mofu, a 1year old male pomeranian, came for checkup this morning.
He is showing signs of
* Slight lethargy
* Low appetite
* sometimes vomiting after meals
* sometimes showing pain or discomfort when touched in some areas of the body
* still has interest towards other dogs/humans
* has history of TICKS few weeks-months ago

On physical exam
* no signs of discomfort/pain when palpating all four limbs and thoracic area
* good gum color
* showing discomfort when palpating urinary baldder area
* Urinary bladder is not enlarged
* Urilateral Cryptochidism

Tests performed
* 4-WAY-TEST - all NEGATIVE
* Urine Microscopy - with many RBC, WBC and STRUVITE CRYSTALS

Diagnosis
* UTI with STRUVITE CRYSTALS

Treatment includes
* Oral Antibiotic
* Nepro Supplements
* Urine Acidifier

Mayumi was brought to us yesterday for checkup. She is 6-years-old, with upto date vaccines.
She was having -
* bad breath
* hypersalivating
* cannot eat

Mailap sya kaya hindi namin nacheck thoroughly ang kanyang mouth. We have to sedate her.

Upon checking, she has
* tartar buildup in her premolars
* gingivitis
* tooth 208 is displaced causing pain
We pulled the tooth ang prescribed supplements and give advice for oral health tips.

Another dog came in for grooming with skin issues.
* dermatitis, skin infection
* scaling, crusts
* hair matting
As protocol, we performed Skin Test before grooming.

Test came positive of DEMODEX MITES. It is also a microscopic parasite that cannot be transferred to humans or other dogs.

This dog was later groomed after testing and was given medicines for his Skin Condition.
