Fostering is life changing, for the kitten you foster and FOR YOU... the hardest part is saying goodbye. When I wonder why I would put my heart through this over and over again, I simply have to remind myself that if I didn't step up and save the kitten at risk, she would have been euthanized. The pain of knowing that our city shelters are euthanizing kittens is just too much to bear (and a lot ha

rder to deal with than saying goodbye to a kitten I have loved who is now going to live and be loved by a new family). That's why I foster and hope to share stories, photos and advice with other foster pet parents. If you'd like to learn more about fostering kittens, please send a private message and we'll introduce you to a rescue group in your area who needs you!! a nonprofit dedicated to rehabilitating and rehoming abandoned pets.

Coco is a seven-year-old Domestic Short Hair in Greenville, TX, with a ticked tabby coat as striking as her gentle heart 🐾. She loves calm, cozy spaces and is happiest when life moves at a peaceful pace.

She once shared a sweet bond with another cat, enjoying naps and playtime together, but larger groups left her retreating to quiet corners. Coco is ready to flourish again, either as the only cat or with one mellow feline friend. Her guardian knows she’ll return to her relaxed, affectionate self in the right home.

At night, Coco has the cutest quirk, sleeping above her person’s head like a soft crown, purring gently 👑. She’s spayed, vaccinated, and waiting for someone special to give her the peaceful love she needs 🐱.

Lola does have dental discomfort and will need a few teeth removed, but with care and love she’ll continue being the sweet soul she’s always been 💕. Luna is a four-and-a-half-year-old Domestic Short Hair in Concord, MA! 🐾 Once she trusts you, she’s your gentle shadow, curling up for cozy laps, sun-spot naps, and sweet toy-carrying parades. A simple fishing-pole game brings out her soft, sparkling playfulness!

After a frightening incident, Luna developed fear-based reactivity. Loud sounds and other animals overwhelm her, so she must be the only pet in a calm, adults-only home. She’s spayed, vaccinated, and on medication to ease the transition while she rebuilds confidence.
