Yesterday Tessa came to do Skip's hooves. So much respect for her doing this job in the cold🙏 ❄️ It was feeling below 0. We checked up on all the horses before cleaning the tracks and shelters. Luckily we have some nice shelters for the horses here at

Skip joined the herd last night on his own initiative 🤣 We planned he'd join this weekend, but he couldn't wait I guess..so suddenly he was there with Am, Ringo & Spirit 🤭 All went well and was peaceful 🐎

He seems to be fond of the shelter 🛖and is investigating everything 🧐

Shoutout to my friends and their friends and for their help the past few weeks and their advise. The wellbeing of the horses is always a priority for them🤍 Thankful Skip and we are part of this group now. 🙏

Moving our horse again?? ....

Of course you want to move your horse as little as possible! Especially if the place where you are staying is close by and meets almost all your wishes. With nice people and a herd in which Skip feels at home. The latter in particular makes it difficult...

But Skip has navicular inflammation, a tear in his deep flexor tendon, a sore back, easily develops lamititis etc. In the winter he suffers from mud fever and rasp. He has special needs. We were looking for a place where he can feel better and can even get better! We found a small-scale place with like-minded people and only 3 other geldings at the moment. A place that is well maintained and continuously optimized. Less mud in winter, we hope due to regular maintenance, paddock grids and elevations. A place with good, low-sugar hay and lots of enrichment.

Grateful for the time at ❤️ and super excited to move Skip to Paddock paradise Rima Thank you for the opportunity and the preparations Sharon & Lisa ❤️

We are exited for this new adventure! 💫

Hope and think this will be our last move!
