**** UPDATE - LOVING FOREVER HOME FOUND PENDING A SUCCESSFUL TRIAL - THANK YOU TO EVERYONE FOR YOUR ENQUIRIES, REALLY APPRECIATIVE OF THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE THAT ENQUIRED ABOUT ASH - THANK YOU ****

Unfortunately from time to time, situations and circumstances arise whereby we find ourselves looking for a forever loving home for one of our treasured Bravadobe puppies. This is unfortunately the situation for beautiful Ash, "Bravadobe Eternal Flame" who will be six months old on the 10th of December.

Due to tragic family circumstances, we feel it is best to find Ash a new home whereby this nearly 6-month-old girl will get the time and training to see her to her full potential. She has been socialized with other animals but needs some basic training to set her on the right path like any other normal Dobermann puppy.

Her sire is: Wattavue Purple People Eater & Dam: Supreme Champion Bravadobe U Snooze U Lose (AI) IMP NZ, Ash is vWD clear, has been graded show quality (however a forever loving home is the priority), and comes from an amazing pedigree that is a mix of top stock from USA, NZ and Australia lines.

I have been fortunate enough over the decades to have had some incredibly special "proud breeder moments", however last Sunday's will be fresh in the memory banks for many years and decades to come.

At the Dobermann Club of WA specialty, under breeder specialist Ken Hammond (NSW), Mariah Jo Atherton and Bella "Bravadobe Playin With Dynamite" (Sire: Ch Aegis The Force Awakens (AI) + Dam: Ch Bravadobe Scarlet Witch (AI)) were awarded BEST IN SPECIALTY SHOW from the puppy class!

As many of you know, Mariah has waited a long time for her own Dobe and to watch the two bond, grow and learn together (many will understand the patience required with red female dobes), particularly over the past couple of weeks has been a delight. We are so proud of them both and what they have achieved already in such a short time. Congratulations to you both, you deserve it.

I am also delighted to share that Doreen Johnston and Tony's boy, Charlie "Martyn The Impossible Dream At Bravadobe (IMP NZ)" - (Sire: Martyn Down The Rabbit Hole + Dam: Carridene The Family Jewels At Martyn) - bred by our good friends Martyn An Lisa Slade and Cassidy Slade was awarded Reserve Challenge Dog and Junior in Show. Charlie also picked up a challenge at the UDC show on Saturday as well, so the trip for Tony & Doreen from Albany was worth it.

And then we have the very stubborn and naughty (typical red head Dobe bitch), Ruma "Bravadobe With Or Without You" (Sire: Ch Engelhuette War Machine + Dam: Ch Bravadobe Too Hot For You (AI) IMP NZ) co-owned with Joyce Kendrick, who was awarded Australian Bred in Show. Thank you to Joyce and Peter for bringing her all the way down from Geraldton.

With only the three dobes entered, we couldn't be prouder of the teams efforts. Thank you to you all for your continued support.
I also want to take this opportunity to congratulate the other winners, including Greg, Denise, Mel, Brett and Cat as Jack, Bella's father took out Challenge Dog and Lindsay, his other daughter from another mother took out reserve challenge bitch and RUBISS.

The atmosphere was great, very easy going and it was fantastic to see everyone helping and supporting each other, thank you to you all.

A special and sincere thank you to Greg and Denise for allowing us to use Jack, and to congratulate Denise on being awarded life membership by the club. A very special and emotional moment for many, but none more so than for Denise

Well done to all the Dobe Club committee, volunteers, exhibitors and owners for a wonderful day that I know many of us will treasure and remember for a variety of reasons.

So proud of the girls, Mariah Jo Atherton has waited many years for her very own Dobermann and she got a super special one in Bella "Bravadobe Playin With Dynamite".

Still in the puppy class, this dynamite duo took out another best of breed on Sunday at the Ladies Kennel Club of WA Inc all breeds champ show.

I know that there is a bright shining future for this pair, and it is an absolute delight to be able to watch them from the sidelines.

Congratulations Mariah and Bella ... your patience is being rewarded.

The smile says it all! These beautiful babies out of Igor, "Wattavue Purple People Eater" bred by Rhonda Harnell and our own Comet "Supreme Champion Bravadobe U Snooze U Lose (AI) IMP NZ" are just pure bundles of joy.

This very special Bravadobe litter will be 5 weeks old tomorrow and consists 5 black/rust girls and 3 black/rust boys.

Sincere thanks to our good friends Mason Garstone and Rikki Garstone for allowing us to breed from Comet for the last time and raising our precious little ones and super special thanks to Hailey for her constant love and care of these gorgeous babies. It is a delight to watch her with the puppies, she will no doubt play a part in the future of our beloved breed. A huge thank you to Rhonda for allowing us to use her boy Igor.

These puppies from the "Eternal Litter" have been raised on Royal Canin Starter Mousse, Maxi Starter and will be weaned onto Maxi Puppy Active. Thank you Royal Canin for getting these puppies off to the best start possible.

Mariah has waited patiently for many many years for her very own Dobermann, so it wonderful to see these two in the ring forming an amazing bond and doing so well. Well done Mariah, we think that you are Bella are going to have a lot of fun together.

Very proud of our young teams results over the weekend, with Mariah Jo Atherton and her girl Bella "Bravadobe Playin With Dynamite" being awarded two best of breeds and one reserve challenge at the Canine Fund Raisers Shows.

With this being the first weekend Bella was exhibited in the minor class, we are confident in our thinking that the future for this dynamite duo is looking pretty bright.

Congratulations Mariah on a weekend of great results, we are very proud of you both.

Was so great to catch up with the broader Bravadobe team with Peter and Joyce Kendrick coming down from Geraldton with Ruma, Tony and Doreen Johnston coming up from Albany with Charlie along with the new stars Bella with Brad Davison , Alex and Athena with Bella, Mariah Jo Atherton with Nitro and Tegan Roberts with Peach ... and the results weren't bad either ...

And we can't forget everyone's crowd favourite Miss Shelby "Ch Zandeena U Cant Say No To Me" being awarded two best of breeds, a runner up best of breed and shortlisted for best in group on the last evening.

Very proud of the whole team, thank you to everyone that helped out and look forward to coming together all again in the very near future.

*** UPDATE**** Quinn has found a lovely forever home and will be off on her new adventure soon. Thank you to all those who considered giving Quinny a loving home, we have had an overwhelming amount of interest, so very much appreciated!

We currently have an almost 3 year old female Dobermann that is looking for her forever home. Quinn is on the smaller side, just hitting 30kg. She is very sweet, active and wants to please. Unfortunately for us being born in the middle of covid she didn’t get the exposure to dog shows as they would normally get and she has decided she does not like them, whilst she doesnt like shows she is socialable with other animals, dogs, people etc hence why we would love for her to be spoilt rotten in her forever home.

Our Dynamite litter puppies, who just turned three weeks old are doing very well and growing like weeds in front of us. Yesterday they had a special visitor, Elena from Royal Canin who popped in to see the babies' first introduction to the Royal Canin puppy diet combination of Maxi Starter (Mother & Baby) and Starter Mousse ... the puppies loved it ... of course!
