Wilbur went in for his neuter op a couple of days ago. The moment he was put back in the pen next door to the girls he was busy rumbling up and down the barrier, eating hay and nuggets and generally not acting like he'd come round from a major op!

Now the 6 week countdown begins before he can properly meet the girls...!

Welcome to new boy Wilbur!

He is currently living next door to Pippa and Harriet, on the very long wait for a neuter op. When he is eventually safe he will hopefully be bonded properly with them 😁 He is less than a year old.

Meanwhile there is much rumbling and flirting through the bars...

Pippa & Harriet, my two fabulous silly girl piggies 😄

I realised I haven't updated in a while! A lot has changed in the last few weeks. Sadly, dear old Frank passed away a few weeks ago. He was a lovely personality and one of my favourite pigs I've had, despite only fostering him for a year from the age of 5!

[If you make your way over to , Frank was the subject of one of his fundraising portraits, and continues to be featured on t-shirts and next years calendar 😁]

That meant my other foster pig, Eric (equally great personality) had to return. A very social pig, he got lonely quickly. He is an uncle-pig for baby boy pigs at the rescue now until they can be rehomed!

That leaves me with my two girls Pippa (1.5 years) and Harriet (2.5 years). I have now removed one of the piggy pens - finally down to just one pen!

You might notice a barrier in the pen next to the girls... further updates soon...
