15 years. That’s how long it’s been since the city of Sullivan has been forced to euthanize dogs to make space in the pound. 🆘That streak is in extreme danger of ending. Four dogs have been waiting months for homes, the pound is full and animal control can’t continue to turn away new intakes.
We will continue to reach out to rescues for help, but so many are full. We need your help.
We need adopters who have no other pets for a few of these dogs currently in the pound.
The animal control officer asked us to share that there are no adoption fees for Bell (ADOPTED), Dolly (ADOPTED), Ace and Margo (ADOPTED). All other dogs will just be a twenty-dollar fee to cover the rabies vaccination cost.
They have all been spayed/neutered and have their rabies vaccination.
Please share anywhere you can think of and feel free to tag rescues you think may be able to help.
We love every single one of these dogs. They deserve a home. At last.

🐶🐱Who can resist this adorable pair? Hope & Lily's human (Angela) recently ended her marriage, and reached out to us for assistance while she figures out her next steps. She told me, "Wherever I end up, they are going." ❤
