Has your fur baby had a hot spot, how did you treat it? Recently my girl Maggie had a hot spot, the first time ever either of my three have had one. I put it down to incorrect diet and will be going back to feeding raw instead of cooked.
I treated the hot spot with our Golden Drops topically and as you can see by the photos, 4 applications later and it is completely healed.

OK SO This is my WHY

Hey everyone, I want to be raw and honest about my life for the past many years and why I am putting up this post.
One day I will be able to talk about it live here but not today.
I've started a new healing journey, well really its a new path on my long journey to health and wellness, both physically and emotionally.
For many years I have suffered with constant pain, depression, exhaustion, low motivation and anxiety and I may not show it to the people in my life except those who I love and trust 🙏
I love being out on my Spyder, shooting and joining friends at my local Barre classes but sometimes I need to take care of me by staying home and nurturing myself. People can't always understand my situation and that's ok. It's hard explaining to others because I sometimes feel like I'm just complaining.
My symptoms aren't obvious like they would be if I had a broken bone, they are there all the same. 😢
Just pausing as my emotions take hold.😭
I have many times wished I could leave this plane of existence because it's all felt too hard, I'm still here and I wake up every day hoping for a better day, a better life.
I don't believe I'd be here if it wasn't for my family, my sister, my boys, my amazing friends and my faith in God and all that he is. 🙏🙏🙏 crying again.
Ok so why I am telling you this it's because of a new life line that has presented itself, these Golden Drops.
A friend of mine introduced me to Golden Drops only a week ago and when I heard Roz's story of how she has drastically improved her pain her energy and her life I knew I had to give it a go too.
So I 🙏 that this is the beginning of something beautiful and that I can get out and enjoy life once again.

This is my secret, It's Golden Drops.
You might say but what are these Golden Drops and what do they do!! They are liquid Turmeric, many of you may have used Turmeric for yourself or for your pets it's widely know to be beneficial for many health ailments but what is not widely known is that liquid turmeric in this form is 177 times more absorbable which means you are seeing results much quicker and with greater results.

Hi guys,

How's your week started?
I've had my 11yo Wendy to the vet because of a massive abscess, thankfully she's well on the way to being healed. I've had to continually prize open the incision to allow it to continually drain, she has been such a brave girl not one whimper. I have been keeping her inside and monitored outside to prevent her from rolling and getting dirt or grass into the wound.
She's been sleeping inside with me at night but I'm sure she'll be glad to be out with her kids again. Back to the vet in the next couple of days for a check up, hopefully it will be right to allow the incision to start to heal.

What a wonderful story

Judy, a purebred pointer, was the mascot of several ships in the Pacific, and was captured by the Japanese in 1942 and taken to a prison camp. There she met Aircraftsman Frank Williams, who shared his small portion of rice with her.
Judy raised morale in the POW camp, and also barked when poisonous snakes, crocodiles or even tigers approached the prisoners. When the prisoners were shipped back to Singapore, she was smuggled out in a rice sack, never whimpering or betraying her presence to the guards.
The next day, that ship was torpedoed. Williams pushed Judy out of a porthole in an attempt to save her life, even though there was a 15-foot drop to the sea. He made his own escape from the ship, but was then recaptured and sent to a new POW camp.
He didn't know if Judy had survived, but soon he began hearing stories about a dog helping drowning men reach pieces of debris after the shipwreck. And when Williams arrived at the new camp, he said: "I couldn’t believe my eyes! As I walked through the gate, a scraggly dog hit me square between the shoulders and knocked me over. I’d never been so glad to see the old girl!"
They spent a year together at that camp in Sumatra. "Judy saved my life in so many ways," said Williams. "But the greatest of all was giving me a reason to live. All I had to do was look into those weary, bloodshot eyes and ask myself: 'What would happen to her if I died?' I had to keep going."
Once hostilities ceased, Judy was then smuggled aboard a troopship heading back to Liverpool. In England, she was awarded the Dickin Medal (the "Victoria Cross" for animals) in May 1946. Her citation reads: "For magnificent courage and endurance in Japanese prison camps, which helped to maintain morale among her fellow prisoners, and also for saving many lives through her intelligence and watchfulness".
At the same time, Frank Williams was awarded the PDSA's White Cross of St. Giles for his devotion to Judy. Frank and Judy spent a year after the war visiting the relatives of English POWs who had not survived, and Frank said that Judy "always provided a comforting presence to the families."
When Judy finally died at the age of 13, Frank spent two months building a granite and marble memorial in her memory, which included a plaque describing her life story.

In the first study of its kind, a new 2023 paper published by Nature Scientific Reports shows dogs given rawhide chews🦴 a few times a month had a significant chance of developing gastrointestinal issues later in life. However, the veterinary scientists also found when offered daily, there was a 117.2% increased risk of developing gut disease!!

On a side note, aside from all the dogs that have lost their lives to intestinal blockages, the last recall by the FDA found a not approved "chemical cleaning agent" called quaternary ammonia (QACs) in these harmful chews. And more recently, the Environmental Working Group reported a chemical used to whiten rawhides, titanium dioxide' was a genotoxin and may damage your dog's DNA.🧬
