Tiny Paws Rescue is a volunteer foster-based, small-breed dog rescue dedicated to rescue and placement of small dogs into loving, permanent homes throughout Phila, Bucks, Chester, Montgomery & Delaware counties in PA as well as Central & Southern NJ

Countless small dogs in the region are left homeless every year through no fault of their own. Many are dumped at ACCT Philly (Animal Care and Contr

ol Team of Philadelphia) and other public shelters where they are at high risk of euthanasia due to overpopulation. Others are surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. Tiny Paws Rescue is committed to helping the neediest, as well as the readily adoptable, among our area’s most vulnerable creatures. Dogs in our care receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, including spay or neuter, and are placed in nurturing foster homes while they await adoption and placement in the loving, responsible, forever homes they deserve. Tiny Paws Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit rescue run entirely by dedicated volunteers and does not receive any public funding. We rely entirely on fundraising support and donations from private individuals and local companies/organizations who believe in our mission.

ADOPT CICI!

Cici’s a 14yo 7lb Chi. She’s dog and kid friendly. She’s house and crate trained. She’d be good in a secure fenced in yard &/or going for harness leashed walks. She loves being with her people as much as possible, but will chill in her bed when they are not home for some good nap time.

Cici’s foster requires a home where they are good with a dog that likes to follow you around but sometimes just like to lay in her bed and chill along. If your home DOES NOT meet these requirement’s please DO NOT put an application in. We will not call anyone whose home does not meet the needed requirements. Also, we will be concentrating on local to foster applications 1st since home checks and meets with all humans and animals in home is needed at meet. Our fosters are all volunteers so aren’t always able to travel too far.

Cici as all dogs should have 2 weeks in their new home with just their people who live in the home and to not have people over for at least 2 weeks. Dogs need time to settle in and adjust to their new people and environment first so they can learn to trust them first.

Cici’s spayed, vaccinated, HW negative and microchipped. She had a dental so is missing many teeth but doesn’t stop her from eating all her food. Currently in Bellmawr, NJ. If your home meets the needed requirements and you’re interested in applying to adopt please do so at www.tprescue.org

There are so many dogs in need of rescue, but without enough fosters we can't help. All of our current fosters have foster dogs so we are not able to take in dogs like we would like to.

ADOPT TOBY!!

Toby’s a 6yo 9lb Yorkie mix. He’s dog, cat and kid friendly. He’s housebroken when kept on a schedule (likes his person to stay out with him) and crate trained. He’s good in a secure fenced in yard and/or going for harness leashed walks. He needs warm up time for new people and dogs, but when he does, he’s very affectionate and wants to be with his people all the time. He craves attention, will jump up & stand on your lap to get pets. He loves to be petted and may whine if you stop. He loves chasing balls especially soft ones he can hold in his mouth along with playing tug of war with a small cloth squeaky toy.

Toby’s foster requires a home that will have an open crate that is half covered with a blanket to be used as his safe place, along with patient, calm, confident people to give him leadership, consistency, structure and to continue working on training. If your home DOES NOT meet these requirement’s please DO NOT put an application in. We will not call anyone whose home does not meet the needed requirements. Also, we will be concentrating on local to foster applications 1st since home checks and meets with all humans and animals in home is needed at meet. Our fosters are all volunteers so aren’t always able to travel too far.

Toby’s neutered, vaccinated, HW negative and microchipped. He has a low-grade heart murmur which our vet felt needed no meds but could in the future. He has some issues at times with his back legs due to luxating patella’s so take a small dose of Gabapentin each day. Currently in Feasterville, PA. Tito’s a 4yo 17lb Chi mix. He’s dog and cat friendly. He’s housebroken when kept on a schedule, wears a belly band and p*e pad trained. He’s good with a secure fenced in yard and/or going for harness leashed walks. He loves being with people once he has warmed up then a real cuddler. He’s smart, shy, affectionate and observant. He is good being an only dog or with a calm other dog as long as he has a person to himself.

Tito’s foster requires a home when someone is home often, so not to be left for long periods of time, along with patient, calm, confident people to give her leadership, consistency, structure and to continue working on training. If your home DOES NOT meet these requirement’s please DO NOT put an application in. We will not call anyone whose home does not meet the needed requirements. Also, we will be concentrating on local to foster applications 1st since home checks and meets with all humans and animals in home is needed at meet. Dulce’s a 3yo 12lb Mini Poodle/Wheaten Terrier/Min Pin mix. She’s dog, cat and kid friendly. She’s housebroken when kept on a schedule, p*e pad and crate trained. She’s curious, playful, likes to play with toys and run around her foster fenced in yard.

Don’t let this video fool you… Riley might look like a calm, chill couch pup here — but trust us, she is a wild child at heart!

Riley’s story is heartbreaking. She delivered three premature puppies, and tragically, none of them survived. 💔 Not long after, she developed a serious uterine infection — possibly pyometra — and spent a week in the hospital fighting for her life.

She was on IV antibiotics, supplements, and at times wouldn’t eat. Her vet bills climbed to over $10,000. But thanks to your generous donations — and incredible support from Unforgotten Haven — Riley pulled through.

Today, she’s fully recovered medically, eating well, and slowly putting on much-needed weight. And let’s just say… she’s making up for lost time! Energetic, playful, and just a little bit crazy — the senior pups at her foster home aren’t exactly thrilled with her puppy-like zoomies.

Thank you to everyone who gave Riley a second chance. Her healing journey wouldn’t have been possible without you. 💛
