We will be swapping over the booking system from now. Please bear with us - this may take a while 😅

I will be taking emails when you come in to update the new system whilst still working from our old system.

You should still get reminders via text but please do not rely on these. If you are unsure of your future appointment date and time then please get in contact.

If you’d like to message me your email address in the meantime then please do - It will be very helpful 🙏

A small form will be sent to your email for you to fill out so I get the info that I need to know whilst they are in my care 🐕

If you have more than one dog then at the bottom of the form it will say ‘add pet’ so you can do each dog.

Please fill out the new form before your next appointment so I can transfer you to the new system ASAP.

I’d like to introduce you all to the new team member, Marissa. I know you and all your doggies will give her the warmest welcome 🤗

My name is Marissa and I’ve got a L3 Animal Management Diploma and L1 in Dog Grooming. Im currently working with Siân part time as well as studying at Merrist Wood doing my L2 in Dog Grooming. In my spare time I enjoy taking my dog on all different walks, teaching her different tricks and just having a good time with her. I love animals, especially dogs, so I can’t wait to meet all of your doggies and give them a good pamper. 🐾✨

Happy New Year!!

I am back to work from Wednesday 3rd of January. I have a list of jobs needing to get done before then because I have been so busy with home life in this Christmas break. It just never ends 😆

I will be trying to catch up with admin tomorrow so thank you for all being patient with me.
