PACC911 is very excited to be holding it's first adoption event at the Pinnacle Peak General Store, 8711 E Pinnacle Peak Rd, Scottsdale.

Multiple rescue organizations will be on site with adoptable pets looking for "furever" homes. Our partner rescues help thousands of pets each year find a better life. For every animal adopted, another animal can be saved from a shelter or off the streets.

Supplies Plus - North Scottsdale, AZ will be providing goody bags to those that adopt at the event.

Despite the warm temperatures today, we had 12 adoptions. Thanks to those families for coming out today and giving those pups a home.

The Oscar Meyer Weiner mobile was also a hit.

Heads up! If you are coming from NE Phoenix on Saturday for the PACC911 adoption event, the SR51 Southbound will be closed.

You can go south via Scottsdale Rd or Tatum Blvd to Lincoln Blvd then turn west.

Or take Cave Creek Rd south, which turns into 7th St south, to Glendale Ave. Turn east on Glendale Ave which turns into Lincoln Ave.

Leia's journey began on a 5-acre property in Rainbow Valley, living in pain with 50 other dogs. Just a year old, she had a broken leg and had never known the warmth of human touch.
