It is pain management through distraction . It is the combination of my skills and the things I love . It is hopefully one day a Social Enterprise that will help others like me. It is self worth , empowerment and so many more things .
Well it took a year but it is finally done. I hope it looks like it took a year. My inspiration for this was the fact that this corp is in Airdrie which is or was the railway hub of Alberta . So the knots are meant to mimic railway tracks and crossings. Cheers
latest upgrade
Finished my first big modification on the new bike. Using some tongue and groove roof boards and a piano hinge. I got really lucky with the colour match .Now I have a trunk and Billy has a day bed.

Ok , so we are dog sitting and toghter they usually get a lot of looks . Yet , this time there hair is similar length making them look more alike . People are over come by cuteness they just stop and do not know what to do . One women just starting move stuff on my bike to get a better picture !!!! So with this in mind and considering all my OH&S training CUTENESS ALERT in my next post . Please do not operate heavy machinery !!!! Ha Ha You have been warned

I would like to thank everyone who has followed Billy and I and the start of KNOT JUST A LEASH . We have passed 100 followers !!!!!
If you are unaware our name was picked for a very specific reason besides being clever and punny. The long term goal for this venture IS hopefully much more than just DOG LEASHES. It was to create a social enterprise that could create supportive groups where people with disabilities with a focus on chronic invisible illnesses . These groups would provide a PEER to PEER space to get support and info about managing their illnesses but in a fun . productive framework . For participants with the desire and aptitude they may be able to create my products at home and could then sell it back to us and we would sell on line. This could create some wage earning for people that have significant employment barriers .
I am still striving toward this goal but my illness is not giving in just yet . Recently my knees have started to give me significant pain and are taxing my pain management. For years due to my biking and reduced walking and some recent weight loss I had my knees under control . That is no longer and I am facing assimilating yet another pain source into a system that really has no room left . What this could mean is when a new pain stays the only way to function daily is stopping / reducing something else . I will keep everyone posted as I get medical advice and such .
So we are soldiering on and want to again: from me (CEO) and Billy (Head of research and development ) THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT
