𝗢𝗺𝗲𝗴𝗮-𝟯 𝗴𝘂𝗺𝗺𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 🧸

100 ml beetroot juice
100 g plain yoghurt (mild)
2 tsp Terra Canis O'lixir ‘salmon oil’
4 tsp almonds, blanched and chopped
20 sheets of edible gelatine

Soak the gelatine in a bowl of cold water for about five minutes and then squeeze out well.

Mix the gelatine and juice and heat briefly until the gelatine has completely dissolved (do not allow to boil). Then stir in the yoghurt and almonds.

Pour the mixture into baking mats or silicone moulds with larger cavities and leave to harden in the fridge.

Please note that the jelly babies are slightly oily.
