I have had to update my booking and cancellation policies due to multiple cancellations within the last month.
I ask that if you DO NOT intend to come to your appointment, please let me know with as much notice as possible. I am a fair and lenite person and I understand that things come up BUT I cannot keep taking the loss that comes with late cancellation. This is my income and like everyone I have bills to pay and children to take care of.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment will result in an invoice of 50% of your dog's total groom quote. This MUST be paid within 48 hours of the invoice being sent. A NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee will also be required for ALL future appointments.
- Cancellation within 24 hours or fail to turn up for your appointment will result in an invoice of 100% of your dogs total groom quote. This must be paid within 24 hours of the invoice being sent. A NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee will also be required for ALL future appointments.
For all large dogs who are quoted on an hourly rate, These fees will be dependant on breed and expected groom time.
- Cancellation PRIOR to the 48 hour period will NOT result in a cancellation fee BUT a NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee (50% groom cost) WILL apply prior to rebooking any further appointments.
Booking fee
All cancellations will result in a Non refundable booking fee of 50% of the groom cost prior to any future appointments being booked. This fee is to cover the appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule (depending on circumstances), this fee will be forfeited and a new fee will apply for future bookings. This fee will come off the total cost of the groom or you can pay the full groom cost and use the deposit for future appointments.
Failure to pay any of these fees will result in all future appointments being cancelled and may result in being banned from our business and social media.
I hate to do this and understand it's frustrating but I cannot always fill these appointments resulting in a loss of earnings. I appreciate everyone's support and understanding.
