We had quite the day with Kahoots in Buckeye! Yet another crowd bursting event! And with so many turning up to see the animals we found these sweet intimate moments - this is what it's all about!

Welcome these beauties to the zoo!
Duke & Duchess are Indian Fantail pigeons-truly a gorgeous breed of pigeon!
Funny story: they kept bugging their parents for food (yes they are still babies) while their parents had a new set of eggs so they literally had to be kicked out of the nest so their parents could focus on their eggs. 🤦🏻♀️Lol!
We are working to get these cuties well socialized but as we work with th they are available to visit YOU!

🐀RAISIN' THEM RIGHT
Sometimes people underestimate the beautiful influence of animals, even ones small and seemingly unimportant like a little rat.
The fear of rats, snakes, bugs, and other animals can easily be passed down from us to our kids. But what is beautiful is when we see people fight against their fear to help their children not have that fear. We love seeing this at our events!
Luckily we love rats and it looks like our daughter will grow up with a love of rats as well🙂

This bday girl (pink) had her bunny party with our bunny guests! A whole pen full!
These kiddos were able to come and go and learn how to properly & safely handle their bunny guests.

These pre-teens had quite the fun time meeting at the animals, cuddling a Patagonian Mara, playing on the floor with a ferret, or even having a tarantula climb their faces.

🕷️MOTHER & DAUGHTER
Look at this brave duo! Mother and daughter requested the tarantula crawl on their face 🙂 as creepy as this may look, it's much easier than it may seem. And you have this amazing memory captured!
Bonita the tarantula is very gentle and soft🙂 But not only did she choose a spider, but a huge variety of other pets visited for her birthday bash 🙂

💚SUPREME PACKAGE
This birthday girl was gifted the Supreme package from her parents, this is our largest package and while it can be used for festivals and carnivals and other huge groups, it's also perfect for birthdays!

Our 1st Saturday event for a sweet bday girl had quite the participation from the adults as they created what we call "Tarantula Road" it is a fun and easy way to get introduced to a big spider 🙂

This little guy just rubbing his eye and lookin' cute!
We were shocked at how tiny Tiny Tim was when we got him. His owners donated him to us after being too busy for him, he was well cared for though.
We are happy to add this little darling box turtle to the family!

Welcome these two little Jackson's chameleons to our petting zoo family.
They are 5 months old and already plumping up! These little brothers are cage mates for now but will be separated in time as chameleons like being solo.
Because they are delicate and prone to stress, handling is very limited for these babies BUT they are AMAZING to meet in person!

🕷️TARANTULA ROAD
This sweet birthday girl and friends were so excited for the tarantula, but sometimes it's hard to jump in and hold a giant spider.
We do what we call "Tarantula Road". 🛣️
Participants lay their hands flat and create a road for the tarantula to walk across, this way you get to handle it with the support of others and it's brief.
Usually after tarantula road everyone feels excited to hold the spider individually🙂

We always enjoy our visits here, we come twice a month with a variety of animals for the residents at this assisted living facility.
It is wonderful getting to know the residents and sharing our sweet pets with them.

My dad's love of animals taught me that love and I definitely found my love and passion for animals through him. My mom, who loves animals just not the creepy crawlies, always allowed us to have pets, even the ones she wasn't a fan of.
